The Tirana Prosecutor's Office is ready to investigate the false documents of the competitors for the national licenses

Now everything about television channels at the end of the competition is being revealed. There is also the first serious opinion, reflecting the licensing of television media in TSHI. The monopoly has now been broken, while the laws that had hindered private broadcasting have exposed the identity of the private competitors. As a result, the first winners are being named one by one. Things that had never happened before are now taking place in this case. Not only in the criteria of what must be done, but also in the implementation of the process. The victim of this competition has finally emerged from the darkness. It was the administrator who benefited fictitiously with falsified documents. This is the biggest television scandal (KKRT) within a governance scheme, sanctioned by the 45-day rule. The event against which all this process is being challenged is quite serious. The first to publicly denounce the camp did not include anonymous finances; other funds are circulating with TV Arbria, TV Koha, TV Klan, TV Nobi[?], TV 4, while the order has been secured for the Tirana Prosecutor's Office to investigate the false documents. At the same time, the country has entered an unprecedented history, because for the first time the state has accepted competitors with falsified financial statements onto the list. Sources that we learned with difficulty at TSHI now affirm that there are a series of files with TV stations and agencies that possess information about unlawful actions. The state agency is not equipped with legal competence to stop them. But without even the minimum control, it continues in the same old way. Not only are television stations given unusual assets in the free airtime slots, but also the possibility of profit without profit. The next victim could be any other public institution if these rules are not changed. If the Tirana Prosecutor's Office investigates and takes the case into consideration, one very important issue for this country also becomes clear: can there be national licenses through fraud, or not? page 4-5
