Heavy taxes for the departing house

These days the President of Slovakia Rudolf Schuster is expected to arrive in Tirana. Next Saturday, as part of his visit to Albania, Schuster is expected to meet with Albanian President Mejdani, Prime Minister Meta, guests and the Speaker of Parliament Namik Dokle. The Slovak newspaper “Novy Cas” considers it an important mission for its country, a renewal of external contacts and the restoration of a ruined and all-too-often unenforced system by the angels of monarchy in the world. Here is the list of taxes and levies for the “house-cleaners” 1. 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) on the price of every newspaper 2. Sales tax 3. 20% VAT on the import purchase of a newspaper or magazine 4. Customs duty on the purchase of a newspaper or magazine 5. 5% on the profit from production and taxes 6. VAT on films 7. Solidarity tax for the Police 8. 10% tax on the fees for newspaper or magazine articles 9. Tax on writing 10. Social insurance for employees 11. 20% VAT on published advertising 12. Personal income tax on employees 13. Circulation tax 14. 1.5% customs duty for every computer for journalism 15. 20% VAT for typewriters and other auxiliary machines 16. 20% VAT for the transport of the newspaper or magazine NOTE: The heavy telephone charges for the phones of newspaper or magazine editorial offices, the high prices of news agencies, electricity, etc., are not included here, pages 4 - 5
