WHO WILL BUILD IN TIRANA, AND WHEN?
- Investors are dragging out the start of the work, have their contracts cancelled! -
It has been more than a year since the ground beneath Tirana’s feet began to stir.
There are voices that want to shift the blame and mistrust over the changes onto the "culprits" behind market demands, new economic trends, but also the new administration itself, while the city waits for construction, roads, services, and economic revival. At a time when the needs for housing and development have become quite pressing, the question of who will build in Tirana and when is becoming increasingly acute.

Tirana cannot remain paralyzed by promises without deadlines.
This is a concern not only of urban planning, but also of the citizenry. Those waiting for housing, jobs, service and commercial spaces are waiting for a concrete answer. The city needs real investment and momentum, not files left in drawers. If we want a capital that moves forward, then there must also be clear responsibility for both investors and institutions.
