In a month, it will be a year since the SP was removed from power and left to play the role of the opposition, with a team of politicians highly skilled in backroom dealings, demagoguery, and proximity to immoral economics and politics, in order to steal privileges and privileges for themselves. They accepted this role most unwillingly, because March 22 ruined many old and new plans and calculations, snatched away armchairs and rich resources, and would have opened the voluminous book of sins, offenses, and crimes against this people and this country. Besides their complete lack of willingness over these 10 months, the SP has also distinguished itself by shamelessness and moral, civic, and national irresponsibility. It is undoubtedly the most unscrupulous, most conservative, most destructive, most anti-democratic opposition in Eastern Europe. Although we put up with it longer than any other people did, although it ruled as it pleased for 47 years, although it reduced the richest country in Europe to a worse state than Somalia and Ethiopia, our socialists, strangely and unexpectedly, have the nerve to demand a return to power. This shows that the socialist leaders and their followers, whether convinced or blind, are not only incurably afflicted with power mania, but are also new actors in an old anti-Albanian scenario. Who would benefit from realizing their dream of early elections, prolonging this difficult transition period, and destabilizing Albania again? We, as a people and as a country, would not. We have embarked on a promising and successful path, one followed by most countries on the continent and throughout the world. The mad dream and ambition of the conservative socialists for early elections is inspired less by their party interests and jealousy than by the echo of old and future calls to arms. They cannot hold on to power even for 4 weeks, let alone 4 years. So why do they want and demand it so desperately, like madmen? In this alarm and panic, they have organized and committed themselves to a frontal struggle so that the new electoral battle will take place as soon as possible, before democracy’s fruits have ripened. Suppose they achieve their ultimate goal and elections are held. Even if the absurd and impossible were to happen and they won, they would have to form a government. But who would make up this chosen communist-socialist team? Fatos Nano, Ylli Bufi; Gramoz Ruçi, Kastriot Islami, Servet Pëllumbi, Namik Dokle, Bashkim Zeneli, Dritëro Agolli, Moikom Zeqo, Shkëlqim Canaj, Leontiev Çuçi? The SP advertises and serves them up as the cream of its intelligence, but they are like the cream of spoiled milk; they are long-burned-out cards. Most of them are authors or leading actors in the scenario of Albania’s destruction, or in other mafia-like and monstrous scenarios. As such, they should long ago have been held legally accountable. By retaining them as leaders and representatives in parliament, the SP, which claims to have been «renewed», openly and shamelessly defies the people and democracy. And for this we not only pray to God, but also seek the help of America and the democratic states to help Albania, bring peace to the Balkans, and stop the hand of the Serbian aggressor. - How ready is the American administration to implement the six-point plan concerning the situation in the former Yugoslavia, including the situation in Kosovo? - Regarding the American administration’s six-point plan, I must say that the crisis in the former Yugoslavia is a world problem, because it has caused several wars. It is a center of conflict, and we do not want there to be war; there must be no bloodshed; peoples must not live under oppression. Therefore, not only are we suffering and interested in resolving our problem, but other states are also interested in preventing the conflict from spreading. In all the meetings I had with various senators and members of the House of Representatives, I raised this issue, and they regard it as a very important problem

That language could certainly not have been the language of a poet or politician: it was only the language of a man descended from the ravines of savage instincts. Perhaps out of nostalgia for his failed art, he now offered us his former novel «Commissar Memo» as a «testament», in the «version» of a political plagiarism like the one he wrote on Saint Valentine’s Day in ZP... It was a personalized political screed, like «Commissar Memo» in its first version, with one difference: in the novel, the Hitlerite occupiers ... I would call this man a falsifier, because he shamelessly distorts not only reality but also history, going so far as to declare the War (?), using the Nazi-fascist occupiers as «the root of the roots of socialism». I would call this man not an Enverist-conservative communist, but a communist demon, because through the thesis of «fear of the PD» he implies violence and the use of violence to seize power; this man who, unconstitutionally, demands that the SP monopolize the trade unions, in order to use them afterward to overthrow the constitutional regime, because, as he puts it: «If there is no trade-union struggle, elections will never take place.» Yet he takes no account of the fact that the Constitution guarantees free and pluralist elections in the Republic of Albania once every 4 years; apparently, 4 years without power for his old party, consumed by a thirst for power, means NEVER... I think such propaganda, coming from a man who is an author of a party forum and who can therefore be considered a propaganda mouthpiece of that party, cannot possibly escape the attention of the Constitutional Court!... And what else can one call this leader of the «most civilized and most cultured» party, who rejects the Reform and its elements; calls assistance a tool for «uprooting the livelihood and means of living of former communists and socialists»; and does not understand (or does not want to understand) the economic logic and mechanism of free-market prices?!... I would not want to call this man degraded, but I do not know what to call him when he does not know that in the Ballsh district the overwhelming majority voted for his party, that is, the SP. Thus, when presenting on TV the statement by the political forces of the Ballsh district on their position regarding the strike there, he would have respected the order according to the actual strength of the forces of… …around, in the following order: PS, PD, PSD and PD. This was why PS was put at the head, and not because «PD had an interest in relying on the Socialist Party’s decision to end the strike», as the «civilized and cultured» leader of PS says. This man should know that if PD had had a majority in that district, that strike might never have taken place!... I am unable to determine what led him to the end of the «zorrezë qor(re)» [as printed], which has been wrapped around his party’s head. It is precisely this party that, according to him, must begin its struggle with the «strategy of eradicating» PD; against this «strategy», the country’s «economic stability» and «political stability» are «other things for sale»...
