of Enverism
Exemplary calm of the democratic state police
On Friday afternoon, human columns came out of Selita and moved down the boulevard, occupying the city center. Slogans against the government were shouted and an attempt was made to create a climate of political pressure.
The crowd, carefully organized, began to head toward the central state buildings. In some cases stones and bottles were thrown, but the police kept their composure.
The calm of the state police, which was confronted with insults, shoving and provocations, showed that the democratic order cannot be shaken by Enverist scenarios.
Instead of responding with violence, the police acted with self-restraint and discipline.
This conduct deserves recognition both from citizens and from international partners.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED, PEOPLE!
The real people responsible for irresponsibility, for failing to set the machinery of democracy in motion, are the ones on the outside, the rulers who fear confrontation with the majority and have replaced it with street politics, with protests, insults and slander.
Today the same style used by the PLA is being used: staged rallies, crowds brought in by bus, people forced to applaud, and falsified statistics.
The people must know how to distinguish between legitimate opposition and political adventurism.

STATEMENT
of the presidency of the socialist federation
Today, on 31.07.1993, the presidency of the Socialist Party federation met and analyzed the situation created after today's rally organized in Tirana.
At this meeting it was emphasized that the demonstration held was peaceful and civic, and that any attempt to portray it otherwise is malicious.
The presidency expresses concern about the language used by the press close to power and about the distortion of facts.
It calls on members and supporters to remain calm and continue their democratic commitment.

The ‘heard’ rally
NANO BËROA E TYRE...[?]
NANO BËROA E TYRE.[?]
By calling itself more anti-communist than everyone else, the party has entered into an open contradiction with its own political experience.
From the podium, harsh tones were used and words were spoken that have nothing to do with democratic ethics.
When someone calls for revolution, he is not helping the country, but pushing it toward destabilization.
The audience heard more shouting than arguments.

The PS’s fascist-communists call for irredentism and dictatorship like the proletariat
The latest press of these days, full of accusations and insults, has shown that part of the opposition has not yet broken away from the old ideological language.
Instead of an alternative, it offers class hatred, threats and revolutionary rhetoric.
This kind of politics does not lead Albania toward Europe, but toward a dark return.

PS LEADERS STAGE THE SCENARIO OF VIOLENCE IN SKËNDERBEJ SQUARE

Tirana, with everything it has, is truly a wonderful city. But apparently, after 10(?) years of continuous propaganda from the annual ZP, our capital city has become inaccessible to the citizens who went out to Skënderbej Square.
At least 2,000 rally participants have come to Tirana from 25 villages and 30,000 [?...]
Their inflated figures are also put out and announced by television, the newly[?]-born internet, and the entire propaganda sector of the left.
In fact, the citizens of Tirana saw with their own eyes that the square had not even been filled halfway.
This is another attempt to create a false political psychosis and to present as a popular force what is only an organized gathering.
