According to the documents circulating, the enterprise’s assets and income have been used for purposes unrelated to its function. These actions are presented as violations of the law and abuse of public property. The material mentions the names of local leaders and enterprise officials, while calling for a full administrative and criminal investigation. Residents of the area express concern about the state of services and the improper use of funds. The issue is raised as an example of the capture of local institutions by party interests.
