Government officials meet in the districts of Dibër and Bulqizë
- Bilateral agreement between PDSh and the DSI Front
As part of the movements of government officials around the districts to learn about and directly solve the various problems of citizens and the economy, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Safet Zhulali, the chairman of the planning committee in the People's Assembly Bashkim Kopliku, and the Minister of Health Besim Ndregjoni met with the local leaders of the districts and municipalities of Peshkopia and Bulqizë, as well as with the managers of the agricultural enterprises and cooperatives of these districts.
The above-mentioned comrades carried out an analysis of the economic and social situation in these districts. It was emphasized that the district of Dibër has many natural resources and possibilities which have not been sufficiently exploited. On this occasion, the need was pointed out to increase agricultural and livestock production, to fully put into use the reserves of chromium and other minerals, to improve roads, and to improve the living conditions of the population.
Measures were taken to raise order and discipline at work, to improve the supply of the population, as well as to activate political life in these districts.

Again, Sejami was not accepted down in EDU, gentlemen of the extreme left
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE MEETING OF THE EDU PARTY ASSOCIATIONS IN BUDAPEST
VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE ENGLISH CONSERVATIVE PARTY JEFFREY A. MOUNDY: “THE EDU, MR. GREKOVITI AND THE COMMUNIST OF EDU, MR. GJOTI”
On Saturday evening, immediately after the publication of the communiqué about the EDU parties’ meeting in Budapest, our correspondent telephoned the head of the PDSH delegation, Professor Tritan Shehu, to obtain the necessary information about this meeting.
He stated that the strongest force at the EDU parties’ meeting was the British group, represented at a very high level by the vice-chairman of the English Conservative Party, Jeffrey A. Moundy. Before the end of the meeting, Mr. Moundy deemed it unacceptable for PDSH, the Albanian democrats and EDU that Mr. Grekoviti and EDU’s communist, Mr. Gjoti, be included in the conclusions of the EDU meeting.
After this firm stance, in a completely unworthy manner, the gentlemen of the left in EDU acted contrary to the rules of this body, presenting Professor Shehu with a document for signature without first giving it to him to read. Naturally, Mr. Shehu did not sign this document and left Budapest.

Gentlemen of the far left, your joy over the Greek issue is a national shame
Your agreement with PASOK is national betrayal
All the leaders of the EDU parties, except for the new Gjonomakaci, voted! supported anti-racism in EDU
Democratic government.... or you, gentlemen professors and social-communist doctors?
Democracy increased agricultural and livestock production
Do you want the cooperative back?
No, no, no - the villagers answered![?]
In 1992, in the declaration about the spirit of the campaign, this was the new thesis -
Shedding tears not for work and not for owners for their own land, but for the black cooperatives!
1965 was called a fruitful year for the thorns of the “successes” of the campaign. Income from livestock per person reached hundreds of lek. Cereal yield per hectare reached 20-25 quintals, fruit production 30-50 quintals, vegetables 160-170 quintals. The wage for one day of work in the cooperative was equivalent to 2 kg of wheat, 1 kg of maize, 1 kg of sugar, 1 liter of kerosene, 2 kg of meat and 1 egg per day[?].
In 1991, when the government of “stability” completely destroyed the land distribution system, most peasants no longer had either land or working tools. The new democratic government of 1992 gave the land back to the peasants, made them owners, and recognized their right to inherit it and work it according to their own interests.
The years 1992 and 1993 brought a significant increase in agricultural production. The production of wheat, maize, potatoes and vegetables increased. The number of cattle, sheep and goats rose. The income of peasant families increased.
Instead of accepting these truths, some gentlemen professors and doctors of the left continue to mourn the cooperatives, denying the free will of the Albanian peasant.

Populism with socialist terms
Is it, in fact, the “feudal estate of the studied[?] me” outside the social[?] scheme?
Kastriot Islami, PS deputy, is trying to present the Albanian public with a neo-scientific[?] formula, a political version of the social-communist scheme. Under the mask of a professor and analyst, he tries to make an apology for the cooperative and distort the reality of democratic reform in the countryside.
