"USHINGTONI SIGNED WITH TIRANA A PACT FOR MILITARY COOPERATION" - It was the first agreement of this kind between communist Albania and a NATO state The arrival in Tirana of a large group of Croatian businesspeople - 28 Croatian firms declared sympathy and interest in Albania's future Sent from Washington, Al M[K?] Marl? of "VoA" [?] said that the signing of a pact for military cooperation between the two countries represents a historic development in Albanian-American relations.
