PS has been put wholly at the service of "ZP"
On Saturday, 27.11.1993, the Organizational Council of electoral zone no. 2 of Kavajë organized a meeting with the elected members of the Communal Councils and villages of this district. In his speech, the chairman of the branch of the PDSH, Mr. Sokol Olldashi, focused on the main problems troubling the citizens of the communes and villages, on the good work done by the communal councils and especially those in facing the difficult situations created by the recent floods. Representatives of the basic organizations of the PDSH as well as other elected local representatives also took part in the meeting. In the discussions, the efforts of PS and the newspaper "Zëri i Popullit" to distort reality and spread disinformation were sharply condemned. It was emphasized that these attacks have nothing to do with the interests of the residents and the communes, but are part of a blind political propaganda. The article continues on page 4.
Reply to the Serbo-Albanian MP Arben Imami
The article by Mr. Arben Imami, published today in a private newspaper, is another attempt to deliberately distort reality and strike at the Democratic Party. By misusing certain forums, the author seeks to create the impression that the current opposition within the right has a weight that in fact it does not have. The attacks on the PD, on the government and on its chairman have by now become a usual refrain for those who have no real alternative. It is clear that this stance does not help democracy, but serves circles that have been and remain its enemies. [ ? ]
