Yesterday, on 17 January 1994, at the central headquarters of the Democratic Party, the regular meeting of the party presidency was held, where the following was discussed and decided: 1. Regarding the "Meksi" issue In respect of the right of the public-property worker, the political forces of the country recognize the right of the opponents of democratic government to demand accountability in the name of the law for the alleged actors in these problems, in respect of the figure of the President of the Republic and the People’s Assembly, as well as in respect of citizens’ right to work. This is set out in the form of a letter from the presidency of the PDSh, sent to the competent authorities. Regarding the incident on Saturday night, in which unidentified persons broke the windows of the PDSh headquarters, the PDSh presidency considers this a political provocation aimed at creating tension and destabilization. It calls on the competent authorities to shed light on the event and punish the perpetrators. 2. At this meeting, the PDSh presidency also examined the progress of democratic and economic reforms in the country. The presidency assessed that, despite the difficulties inherited from the communist past and the obstacles created by political opponents, the country is moving forward on the path of democratic transformation. The PDSh presidency expresses its conviction that 1994 will be an important year for consolidating democratic institutions and improving the living conditions of the Albanian people. Yesterday, an independent body of the PDSh ...[?] Yesterday, on 17 January 1994, at the central headquarters of the Democratic Party, the regular meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party of Albania was held. At this meeting, important issues of the country's political and economic life were discussed. In the discussions it was emphasized that 1994 should serve as a new stage in consolidating democratic reforms, strengthening the rule of law, and creating conditions for economic and social development. The Presidency assessed that the democratic processes in the country have entered a new phase and that greater commitment is required from all institutions and citizens to carry forward the achievements made so far. It was also underlined that political pluralism, freedom of speech and the press, as well as respect for human rights, remain the main foundations of Albanian democratic society. In conclusion, the Presidency expressed optimism about the future and about the success of reforms in the interest of the people.

"Children of the sly fathers" The AD-PPJ meeting to drive a wedge into the opposition- ... [text partially illegible][?] There are attempts to present a bleak picture of the situation in Shkodër and to attack local government. Regarding the non-allowance of the filing dated 21.1.1994 in the prefecture No. 47, dated 12.1.1994 MINISTRY OF PUBLIC ORDER TIRANA This office was not allowed, in order to be intimidated in the municipal places and the committee in the center for the meeting of the order committee of the filing of the letter of the Socialist Party of Tirana for two spans of times and dragging circumstances. At the request of citizens from the town of Kurbin, on 14 March 1992 the process of reassessing the investigative file began, concerning the criminal case of the murder of citizen Gjonalin Dukini. Preliminary investigations show that the event occurred under unclear circumstances and the competent authorities are working to shed light on it.
