23 Deputies of Nano
- Deputies do not know the laws and their powers.
- How much does the Socialist Party pay in parliament.
- In Geneva, the "Nano case" is making headlines.
Polik Shkupi, secretary of the Socialist group, did not accept that the opposition to the scene is sought in the circles around the chairman of the Socialists. But he ultimately brought to light that the blocking of the "Nano" case is inviting the abyss. "Ah, one of the Socialist Party deputies is drunk," Shkupi revealed, not to silence the issue, but to turn it into a special reason to awaken vigilance. One asks: has the time come for consolidation or fragmentation? Indeed, the burden no longer comes from one angle, but from an eye that unfortunately continues to preserve stagnation, indifference, and old corruption. He also mentioned the lack of legality, delays in time, and disregard for parliamentary rules.
When it comes to sessions and procedures, many deputies do not know even the rules of procedure, nor their powers. A good number of them have entered the chamber only for numbers, not for argument. This situation serves the chairman's propaganda more than real debate.
It also mentions the salary of Socialist Party deputies in parliament and the way an opposition is kept on its feet that consumes public funds but produces no alternative. In Geneva, according to the note, the "Nano case" still remains unresolved and is dragging on day after day.

Diplomatic Relations Between the Republic of Albania and Burundi Are Established
No. 2, dated 7 January 1994, the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Burundi[?] established diplomatic relations at embassy level.
Both sides were guided by the desire to develop friendly relations of cooperation in all fields of mutual interest.
The cooperation framework was signed by Mr. Albert Brojka, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, and Mr. Silvestre Ntibantunganya[?], Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Burundi.
At the end of this framework[?], with the blessing of the respective governments, it entered into force and was recorded in Tirana on 28 January 1994.
The foreign press reported that Burundi is going through some difficult political situations and unrest, but the diplomatic act marks a formal step in bilateral relations.
Serious Violations of Legality in Housing Allocations
9 General Directors of Housing, as well as the mayor, have become part of a classic scheme of defiance of the law and the relevant decisions. According to sources, other details emerged after inspections carried out by the justice authorities.
It emerges that the abuses also concern the selection of beneficiaries, with unjustified preferences and violations of the approval procedures. Those involved are not only individuals, but also local structures that have used decision-making for clientelist interests.
The decisions taken are contrary to the content of the by-laws and to the criteria laid down for the allocation of housing.
So far, several cases with administrative and criminal consequences have been identified.
Moreover, according to preliminary data, such violations may also have been committed in other cases, which has prompted the institutions to request additional verification.
Majko, the Professor Pose Does Not Suit You
Not for a retort
At last, since June, it can be observed that the stance of the pedagogue[?] has been replaced by a sharp political tone. This tendency appears in several public appearances where labels are discussed more than arguments.
Coming from the 'faculty' of socialism more than from critical thought, the author notes that Mr. Majko seeks to present himself as a balanced figure of the left, but his latest language betrays him.
The criticism is directed especially at his positions toward the Democratic Party, the pretended academic rhetoric, and the attacks that aim to seem principled but remain partisan.
Instead of a professor, what emerges is an activist who reads politics through the camp's glasses.
Nanosization as a Link in an Enverian Chain
As the "all-encompassing" reform of the communal order begins to wobble in its orientation, the priest has gained strength from the very beginning and in the parliamentary headquarters, where the level of governance has been replaced by an uninterrupted verbal assault against every attempt to preserve order and law.
A part of the Socialist Party deputies have turned parliament into an arena where their internal conflicts replace debate on the country's issues. Instead of solutions, they offer only obstacles and rhetoric.
At the center of this behavior once again stands the figure of Fatos Nano, who is used as a political hinge to keep together an opposition without clarity, but with blocking instincts.
This Enverian chain, according to the article, is not only symbolic, but embodied in practices, reflexes, and alliances that hinder progress.
A Socialist Party Chairman with a Very Meager Sense of Dignity
And they say the Socialist Party is for the rule of law!
I suppose: there are warnings from Skënderku?hi, where quite a few national presidential cries[??] and one (?) President.
The fact is that a party chairman appeared who behaves like the owner of the truth and not like a representative of the citizens.
Instead of respecting institutional rules, he uses a commanding tone and language of humiliation. This behavior, according to the article, strips the figure of any public dignity.
The article closes with the ironic question of whether this is the face of a party that claims to stand for the rule of law.
Former Prime Minister Craxi Will Be Tried for Bribes
The former Italian prime minister is expected to be charged soon with having pocketed 29 million kroner from the manufacturers of ENI systems.
Cheek by jowl with his wife, the former finance minister was strolling with the well-known Italian politician Irene Pivetti, Speaker of Parliament and an associate of the Council of Europe under the banner of the Northern League party. One day after this luxurious stroll, the former head of the Italian government, Socialist Party politician Giuliano Amato, the first to be caught up in the wave of extremely rich politicians but without balanced finances, realized that changes were approaching for him.
He has, in fact, publicly stated that the fact of his being with Ms. Pivetti was motivated by a mere political chance, but for the most part this is a fairy tale if starting from Monday the criminal proceedings of the indictment that the prosecution will bring also begin.
It has taken advantage of the end of parliamentary immunity to bring the former head of government of the July 1992-April 1993 half-year before trial. Everyone is interested in him. Will he appear, they ask? Will he be arrested? The first answer is positive: yes, in order to be arrested. A simple reason: the fact that he is chairman of the parliamentary constitutional committee. A member of the PDS, a creation of the Socialist Party that emerged after Tangentopoli.
