It is better to move quickly and correct course along the way than to be delayed in search of an ideal road

The meeting of the PDSH chairman, zeduard Selami, the ministers Mansi, Halili and Beloriaja, and the deputy with the residents of Treglit in Fier On Friday, the chairman of the PDSH, Eduard Selami, together with the deputy for this area, Genc Ruli, and members of the government cabinet, the Minister of Local Government Bashkim Kopliku, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Rexhep Uka, and the Minister of Culture, Youth and Women Tefta Cami[?], met with the residents of the villages in the commune of Rroms, who for years had been expressing great dissatisfaction with the previous government. The new republic, they said, belongs to everyone. In meetings of this kind, Mr. Selami explained, the aim is to explain to people why the government has chosen the path of reforms and why such a process also involves temporary difficulties. He underlined that these difficulties do not stem from a lack of willingness on the government's part to help citizens, but from the heavy economic legacy and from the need to build new institutions. In his speech, Mr. Selami said that today's opposition, which until yesterday ran the country, cannot give lessons in democracy. It had the opportunity to carry out reforms, but left people in misery and insecurity. Instead of admitting its mistakes, it seeks to block the path of change. For this reason, he stressed, it is better to move quickly and correct course along the way than to be delayed in search of an ideal road. In discussions with the residents, issues of property ownership, land distribution, drinking water supply, roads and drainage canal maintenance were addressed. The ministers gave explanations about the measures taken and the projects being prepared. The residents asked that there be no political distinctions in the distribution of aid and that the rights of all citizens be respected. At the end of the meeting, the PDSH leaders reiterated that reform will be difficult, but it will bring a freer economy, stronger institutions and more opportunities for everyone. They called for understanding and active participation by citizens in solving everyday problems.

Gramoz Ruçi opposition day

In the wake of recent political reactions, Gramoz Ruçi accused the government of economic difficulties and of a lack of transparency in some decisions. He called for the opposition to be heard more in parliament and for open debate on the issues troubling citizens. On the other hand, representatives of the majority said that the opposition's criticisms are not accompanied by concrete alternatives and that reforms need time to bear fruit. The debate focused on unemployment, prices and the pace of privatization. Political observers consider this clash a natural part of parliamentary life under pluralism.

During Ali half-century the socialists will regroup the people work, no sleep, peaceful, “LUGERQE?!”

A critical political note directed against the socialist opposition and its propaganda. The text argues that the consequences of the former system are still severe and that a return to those practices would once again bring poverty and isolation. The author uses a polemical tone to counter the slogans of the opponents and to defend the course of reforms. According to the article, citizens should be cautious of pretty promises and should value concrete results. The article ends with a call to continue the democratic changes.
