This government has moved Albania forward by trying to solve the country's biggest problems and create the institutions of a democratic state. There are many difficulties and shortcomings, but the changes are real. Citizens feel this in everyday life. The opposition's work, instead of helping with alternatives, has often been slander, disinformation and obstruction. Nevertheless, things are going well and will go even better. Question: Will there be changes in the government? Answer: Of course there will be changes, but it is always a matter of improvement, of increasing efficiency, of facing new demands and continuing reforms. Question: What do you think about the polls? Interview with the Chairman of the parliamentary group of the PD, Mr. Ali Spahia . QUESTION: Was the amnesty adopted to fill a gap in the law or to fulfill a political promise? ANSWER: The act of amnesty is a legal and political instrument used in specific cases. Under our country's conditions, it is linked both to the spirit of reconciliation and to the need to ease some of the consequences of the transition. QUESTION: What are the concrete benefits? ANSWER: The benefits are related to reducing sentences or pardoning them for certain categories, according to the criteria provided for in the law. QUESTION: Will there be consensus?
