The strong agreement of Germany must be accompanied by precise decisions of the People's Assembly. The President of the Republic, Mr. Sali Berisha, has assessed the Prime Minister's proposals for structural changes and changes in the composition of the cabinet, but has emphasized that for the part relating to the structure of the government, prior approval of the relevant law by the People's Assembly is required. Only after that will he give his final position on the Prime Minister's proposals.
From official sources it is learned that the proposals are related to the reorganization of the ministries and to a more efficient functioning of the executive.
