Press conference of Mr. Spranger and Mrs. Panariti Spranger: "A return to socialism has no prospects" "Albanian-German cooperation has been and will be successful" From the press statement of Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation Karl Dieter Spranger I had many reasons, but the main one for us to make this visit was that the federal government wants to send a signal for the support that we began in '92 at the start of democracy and with the legitimate mandate of the PD in this difficult process. A signal to the Albanian people that Germany and the other European countries will help in this difficult process, that is, they will support it, because there is no other alternative. And we know how difficult this kind of thing is, because we know it from our experience in East Germany. A return to socialism in these countries has no prospects for peoples who have suffered for 70 years under their diktat. I do not see difficulties for German investors in Albania. This is how the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Spranger, answered a question from his television crew about Albania's legal framework. He further added that the reforms begun in Albania must continue and the legal framework must be perfected as currently required. He spoke against approval because, in his view, the future of the Albanians is in Albania. Once again Albanians became aware of the message of Albania's friend: "The SP's return to its former self is a step backward for democratic processes in Albania."

The latest meeting of the SP central committee marked the beginning of the cultural revolution in that party. It is not simply the removal from the SP presidency of a group that has always been considered part of the small base of intellectuals at the top of the SP, nor the inclusion in it of persons whose intellectual baggage does not exceed the level of a haystack for cattle, that marks the beginning of this revolution in the SP. Lakrori, Zeneli, Lloshi, etc. were not removed simply because they knew "16 June and not, like on 19 October, the whole presidency together does not even know 5 languages" (the words of one of the members of the PS National Council) but for more fundamental reasons. They were the people who had dared to oppose Marxist principles, and the coup especially aimed to strike at those who might have other ideas in their heads, different from those of the ideologue of the class war. The meeting of the SP National Council marked the beginning of the struggle against every idea that went beyond the Marxist principles and the "teachings" developed by E. Hoxha. It was not by chance that the young Lenka Cuçkurt and Muho Asllaneri were called into the presidency. The former laboratory technician of dysentery, G. Ruçi, who climbed the career ladder just like Pellumbi by clinging to the "diploma" of the party school, will now begin the enemas in the brains of those pseudo-intellectuals who have remained in the PS National Council. They know that true intellectuals cannot fit into a mind fixed in the year 2000, just as the perverse microchip of the past century will go through their wash, right to the end, until the cultural revolution in the SP ends unsuccessfully. Now, in the SP National Council, only the "Communist Manifesto" will be read and only the "Internationale" will be heard; whoever dares to act differently will be immediately replaced by Pan Miska and Shefqet Peçi. However, it is not difficult to understand that all this adoration of this atrophied trio is nothing other than a sophisticated deception carried out on a man who can exploit developments from the outside because of a great delusion of grandeur. In this confusion and the day before yesterday's self-confidence for the SP presidency was nothing other than another deception, another game of democratic organizational play this achieved their goals for the status quo Pellumbi, Ruçi, Dokle. Yesterday morning, the National Council of the LDGSH met. In his speech, the Secretary General of the PDSH, Mr. Tritan Shehu, focused on recalling the structures of the LDG, on increasing its role and on the need to coordinate work with the newly restructured PD structures. Further, Mr. Tritan Shehu stressed that the political situation has worsened because of the anti-reform campaign undertaken by the SP, which offers only one alternative: that against the PD. The start of the electoral campaign, Mr. Tritan Shehu noted, shattered the SP, and from the data available it now appears that the SP no longer has even half of its electorate. The National Council meeting of the LDG held its work The new presidency is elected As well as other tasks for the future CHRONICLE Yesterday in the premises of the PD headquarters in Tirana, the First meeting of the National Council of the LDG, after its second Assembly held some time ago, carried out its work. The purpose of the meeting was the election of the new presidency of the LDG as well as the treatment of problems related to the reorganization of the forum's structures, mainly its sections. In her opening speech, Mrs. Flutura Hasko, chairwoman of the LDG, after pointing to the election of the important expanded presidency of the Democratic Women's Forum, dwelt on technical and organizational issues that will also make up the main work of the LDG in the future. In the speech of Mrs. Hasko as well as in the discussions of the participants, it was noted that concern about the reorganization of the LDG, and the great importance for the strength of the PD and democracy as a whole and for the upcoming elections.
