Votes in proportion to the degree of incrimination

The truth about the vote for the leadership of the SP With 2–3 exceptions Dabulla loses the vote, but... The truth about the vote for the leadership of the SP With 2–3 exceptions Votes in proportion to the degree of incrimination Dabulla loses the vote, but... EDI PALOKA Just a few days after the meeting of the General Council of the SP, where 5 members of the leadership were dismissed, the truth comes out from the SP list together with the real voting list. The unjustified absence of Shkelqim Cani from the meeting resulted in the participants casting one fewer than 90. But what happened at that meeting? The story begins 3 days before the meeting of the General Council of the SP. A group made up of Ruçi, Dokle, Brokaj and Agasi became intensely active in preparing the “meeting” as well as possible. As a rule for the members of the General Council of the SP, they were informed in advance that there would be a confidence vote at the meeting. Naturally, a number of pieces of paper were distributed, including, among other things, the names of those who were supposed to be removed from the SP leadership. The only one of the victims who managed to find out a day earlier what was being prepared managed to give information to “Gazeta Shqiptare”, which published it the next day. In the second part of the meeting, Nano’s letter was read, which was used as a pretext for putting the leadership to a vote, as was Majko’s objection. The leadership was put to a confidence vote, and after the list of votes was read, most of the names turned out to be at the bottom of the list of the 5 predetermined victims: Xh. Zeneli, F. Kumbaro, H. Lloshi, L. Shahollari and M. Lakrori. But... the story was not over with the vote. The real list of votes for the leadership of the General Governing Committee of the SP No. Votes 1. Servet Pëllumbi 81 2. Gramoz Ruçi 81 3. Dritëro Agolli 81 4. Namik Dokle 80 5. Sabi Brokaj 80 6. Ethem Ruka 80 7. Musa Ulqini 69 8. Ermelinda Meksi 62 9. Ilir Meta 62 10. Spartak Poçi 59 11. Fatos Frani 57 12. Luan Hajdaraga 56 13. Bashkim Zeneli 51 14. Fatmir Kumbaro 47 15. Arta Dade (Dabulla) 46 16. Luan Shahollari 45 17. Xhevat Lloshi 38 18. Maqo Lakrori 33 Although everything had been carefully prepared, the voting did not go completely as it should have. Arta Dabulla, a member of the leadership, was burned in the vote. In the real list of votes, Dabulla was placed behind Zeneli and Kumbaro; precisely she was the organizer of the coup. Dabulla’s burning could have ruined many of the things they had carefully prepared. Thus, on the list read out to the participants, A. Dabulla had passed the fatal number 5, leaving others below her. What stands out in the voting list is that the number of votes, with two or three exceptions, was divided in good proportion to the degree of incrimination of the members of the leadership. This gives the impression that the former Interior Minister was the arithmetician of the votes. In any case, the true history of the meeting of the General Council of the SP has not yet ended. Other truths hidden in the smoke may emerge again, accompanied by documents as well.

Spranger: “I want Berisha’s Party to win”

German Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation, a friend of Albania German Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation, a friend of Albania Spranger: “I want Berisha’s Party to win” Will the SP and ZP attack the German minister?! It is the German Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation, Spranger, a friend of Albania, who in an interview given to TVSH conveys this message to Albanians: “I want Berisha’s Party to win.” Minister Spranger, more than merely expressing a personal wish, is conveying the view of German policy and its assessment of democratic developments in Albania and the reforms undertaken. He is expressing appreciation for Albania’s successful foreign policy. Such a statement takes on special importance not only because it comes from a figure of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also because it comes from a country, part of which, the GDR, suffered the consequences of the communist regime. Such assessments cannot be diminished by “ZP” by exploiting Minister Spranger’s press statements. Nor are attacks on U.S. senators, the Austrian Federal Minister, the honorary chairman of the “Konrad Adenauer” foundation, etc. able to diminish them. The list is long. They cannot recognize Albania in the face of the PD’s actual opposition; President Berisha’s government enjoys the support of the democratic world. And Albania, whether Albanian social-communists like it or not, will follow the path of development. Will the SP and “ZP” attack the German minister?

Kadare in favor of the genocide law

Kadare in favor of the genocide law From France, our great writer Ismail Kadare has supported the law on genocide. During a conversation with the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, Mr. Pjetër Arbnori, Kadare declared regarding the genocide law: “It is a law that, even if it had affected me personally, I would still agree with such a law, because it honors democracy in Albania.” Taken from the newspaper “Albania”

Following the father’s example

The heads were “cut off” and Alisa’s birthday was celebrated From the prolonged electoral campaign of the SP Following the father’s example The heads were “cut off” and Alisa’s birthday was celebrated It is now established that the SPSh is experiencing its deepest crisis. Although in opposition, the SP did not know, or more precisely did not want, to use its position for self-reform. The Enverist-Ramizist clan that leads the SP has never really been interested in reforming the Socialist Party. On the contrary, it has continuously undertaken political actions that essentially aimed at the opposite: preventing reform. Created in the place of the former Political Bureau of the PPSH, labeled in the first congresses as “the Albanian communists unjustly struck down”, the fatal defeat in the 1992 elections, the inability to take part in governing the country, gave the SPSh “heads” fully sufficient to be spent on the greatest use placed before it: reform. But the Albanian Socialist leaders bit everyone, including their own membership, with their eagerness for new elections as early as 23 March 1992. They themselves were convinced that this was an absurd and unachievable demand. But within this request two sinister aims raised their heads: first, they laid out their strategy of destabilization and destructiveness to obstruct at any cost the new democratic processes or make their implementation more difficult; second, they removed from the agenda the necessity of reforming the SPSh. For a careful analyst there was nothing surprising here. Not only the farce of creating the SP, but also those who “sprouted” at its head were external factors of distrust. At the 10th congress of the PPSH, Ramiz Alia directed the “changes” and appointed the successors. Therefore, Nano and Pëllumbi were taken out of the cubicle of Marxism-Leninism, Dokle was preferred, and the loyal security chief Gramoz Ruçi was carefully selected from the bin of former security men. These were the reasons, and not others, why unmasking voices in the SP linked Ruçi’s election to Alia’s “love” for Tepelenë and always directed it. Signs of Alia in the current leadership of the SP. Today, Alia has every right to boast about the choice made; the SP is, without the slightest change, just like the PPSH. The former security men are in charge from the 11 names at the base. Marxism is not only the ruling ideology, but is also “cutting heads” at every hour of “unity”. The scenario is very poor and mobile. Skeletons led by Nano, he seeks confidence (you yourself are not voted and fear the vote against) and chief Ruçi with the support of Pëllumbi and Dokle carry out, in a strange thirst, to be admired. “They” cut off the heads of rebels whose knowledge, ranks and expertise challenge the party and security school, who threaten unity (To be continued on page 3)

Continuation of a close cooperation between the two parties

It would be of interest to know what place this party occupies in French political life? Answer: “The Rally for the Republic” (“Le Rassemblement Pour la République”, RPR) was founded by Jacques Chirac, collaborator and successor of de Gaulle, in 1976 and immediately became the main political force of the majority in the French National Assembly until 1981 and the main force of the opposition in the years 1981-1986. The alliance of the SP-PSD-PAD is an alliance of the secret police

The alliance of the SP-PSD- PAD is an alliance of the secret police The SP-PSD-PAD alliance is nothing other than a tragic alliance of the former Albanian secret police. The instrumentalization of this trio in the hands of this murderous ghost of democracy cannot be saved, not even by the yesterday’s ornaments of the other parties, which became the inspiration for “ZP” to write yesterday that the PD and Berisha are “without any supporter”. This “revolutionary” finding of the SP is refuted yesterday by one of the leaders of the Right Alliance, signatory of the declaration of the 13 parties for the drafting of the future electoral law, Mr. Ceko, who clarifies in the press conference when he states that “the main political opponent is the SP and its allies and we are in clear opposition to the SP. What should not happen one day after the elections cannot be predicted today and cannot be spoken of. But a governing coalition may be possible if a common government program is reached and, naturally, the only alternative to this would be the PD and by no means the Socialist Party. An alliance and coalition with this party, in my personal view, are excluded for at least the next 15 years. Therefore, the SP-PSD-PAD alliance has nothing to do with any Albanian right-wing party that fundamentally hates the ambiguous formulations of this coalition of political charlatans. The SP-PSD-PAD alliance is an alliance ordered by the State Security; in essence it expresses the bond between slave and master, between the lackey and the slave, between the assassin and the mafia boss, between the criminal and the victim. This alliance radiates terror and fear for the future of these political forces, because it inspires them to cling to the past and to the loneliness of their alternative written under the threat of the State Security. The euphoria of this artificial connection. The victory of the SP “as the phenomenon in Tirana of the cursed popular in June 1991, when it “forgot” the existence of this connection, forced them to hide for months on end, declaring that “I will not engage in politics.” But the orders of the old masters make slaves rise even from the grave, in order to recreate the SP-PSD-PAD trio alliance. In this way they are also marking the humiliation of the secret mission of Gjiniush-Ceka and the traces of the half of Ceka in the bosom of the Albanian democratic movement. The alliance that worries is the failure of the act of taking the fortress from within, a mission entrusted to the obedient soldiers of the secret police with Gjiniush Ceka, the alliance that leads to the resurrection of Gjiniush with Agapi and Ruçi. The celebration of the SP-PSD-PAD alliance makes its heroes even sadder, because it burns them completely as exposed agents in serial mafia films, secretly staged for four years now in Tirana. Meanwhile, democracy and the democratic forces rejoice, because the “Trojan horses” of the Albanian democratic movement have now openly come out against democracy. The law “on honor” exposed the hidden hooks as a struggle of slavery and the secret police in one line. PS-PSD-PAD and their leaders Cukar Gjiniush have definitively accepted the filiation together with their masters, the secret police kings. The archaeologist Ceka and the old arithmetician Gjiniushi know better than anyone this tragic end. Democracy and the PD will never be shaken by the alliance of the backstabbers. History has not yet proved it and will prove it. (To be continued on page 3 )

Yesterday in the People’s Assembly

After lengthy debates, yesterday in Parliament the amendments to the urban planning law were approved, a law that has been in force for more than a year. The law adopted yesterday provides for changes to the previous law regarding the definition of the competent bodies in the field of urban planning and their powers and responsibilities, legalization of unauthorized construction, etc. The debates were especially about Article 64 of the urban planning law, in order to define precisely the appeal procedure in cases of unlawful occupation of land and the competent bodies that would execute decisions against violators. Since neither the proposal submitted by the government, which gave these powers to the district council, nor that supported by some deputies, which left room for police intervention, was approved, the Minister of Construction and Tourism, Mr. Shehi, presented a new formulation of this much-discussed article. According to the new revised version, in such cases the police will carry out suspensions to the extent of their competence, and then the basic urban planning office will intervene. With the notification that the mayor of the municipality or commune is obliged to issue within 5 days, the time предусмотренный for appeal, the administrative order. AIDA SAKJA
