PS in the complex of guilt

The results of the test on the genocide law openly refute the PS's sensational propaganda about an alleged shift in the electorate in its favor It has been several days since the results of a test by a group of sociologists on opinions about the communist genocide committed in Albania were published in the Albanian press. PS in the complex of guilt The results of the test on the genocide law openly refute the PS's sensational propaganda about an alleged shift in the electorate in its favor It has been several days since the results of a test by a group of sociologists on opinions about the communist genocide committed in Albania were published in the Albanian press. The results of this test are now known, just as the barbaric figures inflicted on the Albanians during the entire period of dictatorial rule are known. In fact, the Albanians supported the law on communist genocide by the same margin that they supported the coming to power of the democratic forces, and the other equally important fact that this issue of condemning genocide through law clearly shows that the Albanians are finally determined to separate once and for all from the savage communist past, from the dark period that is among the most tragic in the history of this people. The publication of the results of this test best demonstrates that the Albanian electorate has not changed; on the contrary, it is not only aware of the past, it has not only kept its historical memory clear, but it is also a sensible electorate that knows how to process and analyze the fundamental changes that have taken place in the post-dictatorial period, and knows how to assess time and processes in all their complexity. Everything else that has been said, and the noise that has been made, only proves the falsity of the propaganda of the surviving remnants of the dictatorship and of the persons who were criminalized by it and who today disguise themselves in order to free themselves from their sins by dragging back the past. The silence of the PS and its spokeswoman "ZP" best shows how closely its parallel ideas are linked here; the results openly refute the sensational propaganda of recent years about an alleged change in the electorate and its return from right-wing options to left-wing ones, a return to the options of the past. And this most important issue, this silence, is the same PS for the first time in its entire existence, which shows that when faced with such results it is indeed bewildered, defenseless, deeply drowned in the complex of guilt. It is understandable that it is more shaken and more implicated in past crimes. The broad support for this law takes away their anxiety, their voices dry up in their throats. As for the other contingent of this party, those who are not directly linked to the past and have not burdened their conscience with the sins of yesterday, they have chosen silence, which shows that they feel the burden of this law too. Because in the end it is the first contingent, the one that called the law on genocide class war, political revenge, etc., which is the main obstacle to this party reforming itself and gradually being able to gain at least some features of the European left and stop from gorrpoçkukuakubembur; without a future, without perspective, like an unfortunate abandoned pensioner. Youth do not accept regression and Marx

Youth do not accept regression and Marx AFRIM KRASNIQI As expected, yesterday the leader of PS foreign relations, Ilir Meta, along with ZP, rushed to proclaim the victory of the Polish social-democratic presidential candidate as a victory for PS. Meta's internationalist and proletarian spirit moved them so much that they called the Polish electors' vote a vote of the eastern countries (including Albania). All of this is a masked mud slinging, in which PS vainly hopes that behind some European mask of the 2000s it will see itself. Because there are several reasons: First, Poland is not Albania, neither economically nor in democratic experience. We ourselves want to reach the Polish level. Second, Polish communism not only does not come close to the Albanian one, but in terms of level it had also really ended a decade before our communism. Third, in Poland the social democrat Kwaśniewski won, that is, the social democrat, whereas in Albania the opposition is not socialist or social democratic, but communist and neo-communist. Fourth, Kwaśniewski several times in his campaign condemned the former Polish communist regime and the philosophy of that regime, whereas here PS has not only condemned nothing, but the philosophy of crime and dictatorship is at the foundation of its electoral program. Fifth, Kwaśniewski promised the continuation of market-economy reforms, whereas PS continues to promise the condemnation of the laws and steps of the market economy. Sixth, Kwaśniewski promised accession to NATO and the EU, whereas PS continues to understand and defend the anti-Western and anti-NATO line. Seventh, Kwaśniewski won because, in the vote, he received the votes of most young people, whereas Albania continues to live a different reality. Unlike Poland, in Albania it was precisely the student and bohemian youth that carried out the anti-communist revolution, founded PD and brought democracy victories. In the reality of the votes and polls so far, the absolute majority of young people continue to be advocates of the continuation of reforms and democracy by PD. Because one cannot accept regression and Marx, because the right-wing coalition of '90 continues to stand by the principles of Albanian democracy. PS and, particularly, the apparatchiks of PPSH, will not be able to touch the will of the Albanian youth.

A historical contribution by President Clinton

Statement by President Sali Berisha for Albanian television The agreement signed a few hours ago in Dayton by the President of Bosnia, Alija Izetbegoviç, the President of Croatia, Franjo Tuxhman, and the President of Serbia, Slobodan Millosheviç, constitutes a historical contribution by President Clinton, the American Government and the Contact Group to the establishment of peace and the resolution of the Balkan crisis Statement by President Sali Berisha for Albanian television A historical contribution by President Clinton The agreement signed a few hours ago in Dayton by the President of Bosnia, Alija Izetbegoviç, the President of Croatia, Franjo Tuxhman, and the President of Serbia, Slobodan Millosheviç, constitutes a historical contribution by President Clinton, the American Government and the Contact Group to the establishment of peace and the resolution of the Balkan crisis It is with regret that I warmly congratulate President Clinton, Secretary of State Worren Kristofer, Assistant Secretary of State Riçard Hollbruk, for the substantial help they gave in reaching this agreement. The agreement signed today also expresses the will and determination of the signatory parties to open a new page of cooperation and understanding between them, for which they deserve congratulations. The Dayton agreement and the deployment of NATO troops in Bosnia will not only put an end to the greatest human drama Europe has known since World War II up to the present day, but will also open real prospects for resolving the Balkan crisis and, in this context, the most delicate issue of this crisis, the question of Kosovo. I express my conviction that President Clinton, the American Government, the Contact Group and the international community will engage in a long-term solution to the problems that lie at the foundation of the Balkan crisis. Also, on this occasion, I wish to confirm once again Albania's decision to create all the necessary airport facilities for NATO troops in carrying out their mission and for the very important implementation of this agreement. Bosnia, a mission that is vital not only for extinguishing the flames of war and establishing peace, but also for preventing a series of other conflicts that could engulf our region and beyond.

The shooting of Albanians in Kosovo is denounced

Shefqet Peçi ordered the execution of 21 Albanians in Kosovo - Ramiz Alia is suspected of having taken part in the massacre The Kosovar press has written these days about the shooting of Albanians from Kosovo during the war, on the order of the former commander of the 5th partisan brigade from Albania, Shefqet Peçi. The shooting of Albanians in Kosovo is denounced Shefqet Peçi ordered the execution of 21 Albanians in Kosovo - Ramiz Alia is suspected of having taken part in the massacre The Kosovar press has written these days about the shooting of Albanians from Kosovo during the war, on the order of the former commander of the 5th partisan brigade from Albania, Shefqet Peçi. Peçi ordered the execution of 21 villagers from Dervara and Vosthisa on 21 November 1944. This was in revenge for 7 Serbian partisans who wanted to loot the village. The press in Kosovo has given the names of the executed, among whom there were also children. In the massacre near Vosthris, Ramiz Alia, former Albanian president, is suspected to have taken part as well; at that time he was a political commissar. In a statement Alia admits that at the time he was in Pristina, more precisely, as he says, he was there where Miladin Popoviçi was killed. Meanwhile, Pristina and Vushtrri have moved the kilometers of Hollis from around the nest of Ramiz Alia; no details are given, even though he is publicly urged to be more sincere and to shed light on the period of the partisan brigades from Albania in 1944-45. Meanwhile, the former commander Shefqet Peçi is said to have taken part in other killings as well. According to Radio "Dojce Vele"

The instigators of genocide are first in the investigators' focus

NDREKE GJINI The macabre crimes committed by former communist officials of high and low rank during the years '90 and '91 will from now on not only be publicly denounced, but will also be seriously investigated. This is because, in addition to bringing justice, it is also to address the problem of murderous crimes through the use of justice. So, the crimes are now being prosecuted under the law, following the approval of the new Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure (and the approval of last month) In a meeting held yesterday at the General Prosecutor's Office, with prosecutors and representatives from districts across the country, the Prosecutor General, Mr. Alush Dragoshi, communicated the orders and instructions for carrying out criminal proceedings and carefully investigating any activity related to crimes against humanity. For this purpose, a temporary office has been created at the General Prosecutor's Office, which will assist and supervise the work of the district prosecutors' offices concerning the investigation and prosecution of genocide crimes and crimes against humanity, as well as providing legal assistance in the legal treatment of these cases, in order to speed up the investigative procedures until completion. This office will collect data regarding the initial complaints of criminal proceedings, the defendants, the security measures against them, the progress of the investigations and the cases sent to trial, etc. In the instruction issued by the General Prosecutor's Office concerning the priority investigation of these criminal offenses, it is further stated that the district prosecutors must be informed about these crimes committed during this time, either on their own initiative or through complaints, which must contain simple elements of the fact, the sources of evidence, general data, residence and anything else and the place for identifying the accused perpetrator. The district prosecutors will collect full data concerning the criminal offenses punished as a result of the commission of these criminal acts, as well as gather sufficient testimony from the eyewitnesses of these events. In every case, the circumstances of the facts are ensured. The instruction also states that district prosecutors must take immediate measures to identify the suspended, dismissed and rejected criminal cases, etc. So these measures are the most meaningful evidence that the Albanian democratic state intends to bring justice to the criminals who have brought great losses and shocks to our people, in the house of the far left, directed by the Marxist leadership.
