Considering this conclusion common to the entire opposition, Albanians on the right know clearly that following it on separate paths is as difficult as it is harmful. According to the declaration, the Republicans and Social Democrats point out that the opposition coalition should be shaped not as a mechanical gathering of party chairmen, but as a political alliance based on a common platform. Only on this basis can a genuine opposition coordination be created in Parliament, in local government, in the media, and in public life. This declaration comes at a time when the debate on restructuring the opposition has become sharper, while assessments of the activity of the Democratic Party and the decisions of its highest forums continue to be at the center of political discussions. The declaration emphasizes that pluralism requires political competition, but not self-destructive fragmentation. Therefore, dialogue among opposition forces and greater openness to public opinion are called for. It concludes by expressing the conviction that such cooperation would serve political stability and the national interest.
