He was received at Rinas airport by the Albanian Minister of Defence, Safet Zhulali, and by other officials. During his stay in our country, the Turkish minister will hold talks with his Albanian counterpart and with other authorities. The visit is expected to focus on military cooperation, training, and technical assistance.
