The PS leadership confirms its anti-reform stance

The group of PS deputies against any kind of voucher and privatization The democratic government is banking on determination by offering the financial instruments for free It has been confirmed by the PS that, when it comes to the economy and the implementation of change programs, the reduction of inflation as part of the PS program, as well as the statements of the Minister of Finance, Sabahudin Xhezairi. Sazban Xhezairi, from the PS program, has come out against voucher privatization. Specifically, when asked by the press, Xhezairi, in one of his statements, considers voucher privatization in principle to be the most unworthy and most harmful form for our country. At a time when the Albanian government and the national economy are being supported and guided toward reform, a group of Socialist deputies is openly coming out against it. This stance becomes even clearer in a period when, according to the foreign press, the democratic government is preparing financial means to give citizens the privatization coupons for free. In this way, the political debate over privatization takes on a harsh tone and the programmatic clash between the majority and the opposition becomes visible. In another reaction, Mr. Xhezairi has expressed serious doubts about the privatization scheme and has declared that the PS would not accept such a process. According to him, the voucher model harms the economy and creates inequality. On the other hand, economists and government representatives have argued that the free distribution of financial instruments would precisely avoid injustice and increase citizens’ participation in the process. This issue is thus becoming an important test for the country’s economic orientation. DEJAL TOKA

"I do not see any alternative or perspective for the country’s development in the PS program"

The PS councilor in the commune of Ngrqan distances himself from the PS Because the PS program also contains a lot of mystification The PS program presented a few days ago has been described as a document with many ambiguities and no clear vision for the country’s development. This is the opinion expressed by a local councilor, who states that it shows neither any real alternative nor any tangible perspective for the future. According to him, the text of the program contains many unclear elements, slogans, and generalizations that do not serve the economic and social reality. In his reaction, he emphasizes that the document does not constitute a concrete platform for solving problems, but rather a collection of general statements. He says that he has distanced himself from the PS and that many of those who have read the program have been disappointed by the lack of tangible alternatives. According to him, the country needs clear policies, not vague formulations. His statements come at a time when the PS program is being widely discussed in public opinion. The reaction is seen as a critical signal from within the ranks close to this political force and as an indication of the dissatisfaction caused by the document. Statement I would like to make it known that in the PS program that was presented recently I saw no alternative and no perspective for the country’s development. I found only ambiguities, vague formulations, and a kind of political mystification that serves no one. For these reasons, I distance myself from this document and from the way it is being presented to the public. Nuhi Shanaj PS councilor in the village of Ngrqan, Malakastër

Who will buy it? Hajdaraga also sold Namik Dokle

Who will buy it? Hajdaraga also sold Namik Dokle File “Alia, Dokle, Ruçi, Benc...” Continuing the publication of the political dossier featuring well-known figures of the left, today’s article deals with Namik Dokle and his relations with political collaborators. Hajdaraga is also placed at the center, about whom it is said that he has politically “sold out” Namik Dokle. The article presents this development as part of a broader conflictual panorama on the Albanian left. The dossier also mentions other well-known names such as Alia, Ruçi, and Benc, suggesting that the clashes and internal movements are not isolated. The article uses a polemical and investigative tone, with implications of deals and secret political alliances. The question in the title, “Who will buy it?”, gives the whole piece an ironic and accusatory nuance.
