This fully fulfills the PD's promise of land privatization, land that will be compensated to the owners while also respecting, to the maximum extent, the interests of the peasant. These rights can be realized through a special law.

Representatives of the owners asked that the government no longer delay and guarantee the return or compensation of properties according to real possibilities. They praised the commitment of President Berisha and the Democratic Party in this direction.

Regarding an article from yesterday, in which a statement was given to the journalist by Mr. Vullnet Ademi, Chairman of the High Council of Justice, in which it was said that the competence to resolve the jurisdictional conflict passes to the United Chamber of the Supreme Court, relying on normative act No. 1 dated 28.07.95, without knowing that it had been replaced by the New Code of Civil Procedure that entered into force on 01.08.95, and likewise this problem was not resolved by special amendments, but by the New Code of Civil Procedure.
The Ministry of Justice informs the public that the resolution of the jurisdictional conflict is now regulated by the New Code and not by the amendments made to that code.
