The spectacular achievements of the enterprise in Vlora with more than 10 project-conditions taken together

The elections of 22 March 1992 also conditioned, in an overall sense, spectacular changes in the Ship and Fishing Enterprise “Çamëria” in Vlora. Until 1990, the 22 vessels of this enterprise fished even in Greek waters. Meanwhile, after 2 July 1990, the fishing fleet was almost left with “dry fish,” while the docks with most of the production sank, causing a severe collapse, and by 1992 the number of employees had reached 520.
In 6 months Albania achieved:
Institutional and institutional reforms
-The Penal Code
-The Civil Code
-The Code of Criminal Procedure
-The law on the income system, the law on special taxes and the service on taxes
-The law on the emigration service
-The law on the administration for the protection of trade schools
-The law on private banks and the creation of markets
-The law on profit taxes and personal income taxes
-The law on customs control and procedure
-The law on forest control and procedure
-The law on antimonopoly control and procedure
-The law on control and procedure of value-added taxes

In 1993-1994 the economic reform was implemented; with other shipowners, we replaced part of the seamen in ownership positions, created a commercial company with assets in the millions, with 25 yachts and an increasing foreign-exchange value. They are modern renovated vessels, remote control, and new equipment. Thanks to these changes, the ships were put back into use, bringing a significant improvement in the enterprise’s economic condition and in workers’ incomes.
From an enterprise with minimal revenues, today it presents itself as a business capable of sustaining major investments. In this framework, credits and assistance from the Japanese side were secured, making possible the reconstruction of the fleet, the supply of new fishing equipment, and the modernization of technological processes.
-In conclusion, the experience of this enterprise remains an example of how reforms and foreign support can bring tangible results in the Albanian economy of the transition years.

The Korçë man and
the journalist
publish one another
Analysts, by writing about events according to rumors and news cycles, produce paradoxes and mudslinging. In the panorama of opposition parties, certain kinds of publications stand out that serve the opponent in every way. Once again, the name of “Zëri i Popullit,” the PS newspaper together with the others, does not disappear from this picture.
It is enough to recall one of the recent articles titled “Korrçari...” in “Zëri i Popullit,” to understand their logic. There, names are mentioned, allusions are made, and stories are built on the edge of insinuation. “Zëri i Popullit,” the PS press organ, tries to replace political debate with labels and slander.
Recently, in another piece, the newspaper “Koha Jonë” is also mentioned, which according to the author is published along such a line that from time to time it seems to serve the same goal: the division of the right and the creation of informational fog. This kind of undeclared alliance between certain media and political segments is not accidental.
The expression “independent press” loses its meaning when articles are guided by political hatred and not by the public interest. Instead of facts, insinuations are spread. Instead of analysis, labels are served. Instead of argument, mudslinging is used.

Covering up the real situation with inflation 12
It was enough to paraphrase in the propagandistic style of “Zëri i Popullit” to understand that even the polemics within the left are fed by the same tune. At the center appears Namik Dokle with a critical tone toward Servet Pëllumbi, while the published lines suggest that their conflicts are not about ideas, but about internal positions and rivalries.
See what “Pupulli” of 15 February 1995 writes about this statement and what it implies! “PS, Servet Pëllumbi, Dokle...”
Attention is focused more on the way it is written than on the content. The cited examples show that the vocabulary used is that of accusation and political sting, not that of argument. This makes it even clearer that the propaganda of the left continues to rely on old formulas.
In conclusion, the Dokle-Pëllumbi debate appears more as a struggle for internal dominance than as an effort to reform the Albanian left.
