Thousands of citizens of Tirana demonstrated yesterday in a peaceful rally in support of the constitutional order and against violent and destructive acts in various cities across the country. According to the speech delivered in the square, the protest aimed to show that the majority of citizens are against violence, anarchy and destabilization. In his speech President Berisha declared that the citizens’ money will be returned and that those responsible for the fraud will be brought before the law. He stressed that the country must preserve calm and protect democratic institutions. Page 2
