The Socialist Party’s gangs yesterday drenched Vlorë in blood and gunfire, taking the most bestial revenge for the blow dealt to them by the success of President Berisha’s and the Democratic Party’s rally in the city of Fier. The terror inflicted on an innocent woman was carried out solely because her son was a leader of the Democratic Party. Having left their fingerprints and shown excessive courage in publicly defending their own thugs, the Socialist gangs responded with unprecedented terror, as the gangs of Eduard Alushi and Albert Shyti have decided to win in Vlorë using only the barrels of their Kalashnikovs. Communist Ruka can say all he likes that the SP takes no responsibility for the heinous crime in Vlorë, but even his formal denials cannot conceal his party’s political authorship of the gangs’ terror against the democrats of Vlorë. In an interview with “VOA,” he betrayed the SP’s unification with the committees, as well as the decision to lift the siege in Vlorë, which was made by the SP committee in Vlorë. Ruka and those who supported him explain why their chairman in Vlorë, Eduard Alushi, and their rebellious thug, Albert Shyti, have terrorized, shot at and killed DP members. Yesterday at around 16:00, at the place known as the Buna Bridge in the 28 Nëntori neighborhood of Shkodër, several armed individuals opened fire, killing Nerim Mujo, 51, Director of the M.N.Z Directorate at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of the Interior. An investigative team immediately went to the scene, and the police, in cooperation with the prosecution service, are working to fully establish the circumstances of the incident and identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
