On Saturday, a big rally in Korçë
On Saturday, at 11:00 a.m., in the main square of Korçë, the Union for Democracy organizes opposition support and from that day turns "Vive la diurnum" from PD Below and the final peak in Albania
Tirana will drive out Fatos Nano
Tomorrow, a new test of democracy. Everyone to the square against the neodictatorship
The Union for Democracy now belongs to all Albanians. On Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in Skënderbej Square, the citizens of Tirana will protest against the government of Fatos Nano and the clique in power. The protest has been announced by the Union for Democracy, which has invited all citizens of Tirana and beyond to confront, with the force of revolt, an unscrupulous prime minister who has killed Albanians' hopes, has given the country the face of a mafia government, and has especially fostered all forms of illegal trafficking in weapons, drugs, and human beings alongside his governance, becoming its very promoter. Tomorrow's protest will serve as another showdown with Fatos Nano. Now faced with one of the most serious political challenges to his power, the head of the most corrupt government in the country's history is showing through his hysterical behavior that he not only has no reason to govern any longer, but that his time has come to leave. The time has now come to give the country and public opinion yet another argument that democratic protest has nothing to do with Fatos Nano's petty intrigues to replace incompetence with violence, government with pseudo-law, and isolation with government propaganda. The Union for Democracy is determined to carry through to the end the political action of protest against a government that has lost every sense of responsibility and an individual who has broken every norm of governance. On Thursday, at 6:00 p.m., in Skënderbej Square, all citizens of Tirana will show how absurd Fatos Nano's attempts to deceive and distort public opinion are, and will once again make public their determination to remove him from power, through protest and revolt.
