The government protects Azem Hajdari’s killers

Today, 385 days since the murder of the December Leader Every day that passes since the murder of Azem Hajdari, a symbol of democracy and pluralism, proves the impotence of Fatos Nano’s government and its responsibility for the crime that shook the entire Albanian world. The government of the former communists who are in the League, and the criminal officials who took the life of the December Leader, obstruct every effort that has been made and make it harder to uncover the crime. Those responsible for Azem Hajdari’s murder are in power, and it was precisely from the authorities that they received their orders to do the job. Democrats and all Albanians who loved and honored Azem Hajdari cannot tolerate the killers, wherever they may be. The government must either leave and have those responsible brought before criminal justice, or publicly declare that it itself committed the murder of Azem Hajdari.
