At the time, it was thought that their gesture was made because Reuters was believed to be motivated by the idea that an opposition newspaper might have more problems than the government and pro-government press. But five years later, the same office sponsored a large sum for a newspaper in Tirana, while a large sum was also given to a newspaper in Tirana, and it became clear that the previous criterion was no longer in effect.
