Comment BY Edi RAMA Visha’s votes were stolen like in Ruzhdije By supporting Ardian Visha’s candidacy, the lawyer for Fatmir Medi, we did not change a single comma in our stance on the state crime of Gërdec. This turns into an attempt to justify the excuse regarding the support we gave to Visha. It is simply the utterly sincere explanation of a viewpoint that I do not share with any of those honest opposition figures who read it and commented on it from a different perspective about our choice. From that perspective, the Socialist Party misjudged them in its choice, with no shortage of denigrating comments. And today I want to explain myself out of respect for all those opposition citizens who misunderstood us, and only them, because I owe no explanation to the political scoundrels who have the guilt of the power trench for the unpunished crime of Gërdec or to their followers who blindly take their side. Never. The Priest and the Lawyer were two professions banned by law under the dictatorship, as a result of the destruction on one hand of the right to believe or confess and on the other of the right of any scoundrel or coward, even for the most monstrous crimes, to be presumed innocent before the “people’s” court.
