The Prime Minister of Albania seems to have been crushed by the silence of “you keep quiet, I’ll speak,” in other words he allowed silence to speak and himself apparently withdrew into meditation and silence like in those ashrams of India, as Mahatma Gandhi used to do, or as modern European politicians such as Jacques Chirac did and do from time to time, for example when he was President of France. But why are we laughing so much, because no one in Albania had noticed such a thing, no one had observed that the prime minister was observing press silence. Only when he said it himself at a press conference with journalists.
