Commentary BY Fatos Çoçoli Justice and building permits The Prosecutor’s Office sends seven officials from the Rashbull commune in Durrës to trial for issuing 16 building permits on the sandy shore in Shkëmbi i Kavajës, which it considers abusive and an abuse of these officials’ duty.
