COMMENTARY BY Afrim Krasniqi For real pluralism Every December we all rush to the date when the students began their protests and then, for the peak of the student movement, the return of political pluralism. It was first in January 1925, and returned in December 1990. With 75 years of absence, and before that, with only 4 years of a fragile experiment of a formal competitive system, where more than between parties, the competition was between clientelist groups, tribes, regions and the small elite of society.
