The Court notes that this complaint should be examined in domestic remedies, the applicant not having raised a complaint before the domestic courts. It therefore decides to declare inadmissible in accordance with Article 35 §§ 1 and 4 of the Convention. 2. In so far as the application may allude to a politically motivated prosecution and trial as regards other, unrelated, criminal proceedings, the Court notes that those proceedings are not the subject of this application.
