OBSERVATION The city agricultural market is noisy, with an unusual atmosphere. Here, for no less than three years, preparations for welcoming the New Year have been carried out somewhat differently. In the spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance, in technical service, in the supply of spare parts and in the better use of equipment, the engines seem to have begun to breathe differently. In some enterprises and workshops it is felt that there is more responsibility. In District No. 2 of Tirana, where vehicle and transport services occupy an important place, there is a visible effort to mobilize internal reserves. Attention is focused on fuel saving, full use of equipment, and better organization of workshops. Workers and technicians are looking for more efficient ways.
