Discipline is one!
There is one discipline for all workers in society. Such is the discipline of work and of complying with the laws and rules of our social life. This is the truth, but apparently it needs to be repeated and understood well by everyone. Only when we understand it well and apply it conscientiously will we move forward. Discipline is an indispensable requirement of our daily life and of strengthening the socialist order. It cannot be allowed that, in the name of freedom and democracy, the norms of coexistence are undermined, work is obstructed, social property is damaged, or laws are violated. At work, at school, in the street, everywhere, each person must feel responsible for his duty and for his own conduct.
In recent days, the press has pointed out cases of alien displays, lack of order, negligence, and incorrect attitudes toward duty. These cannot be accepted. Socialist democracy has nothing in common with anarchy. It requires self-restraint, civic culture, respect for the law and for human beings. Whoever truly wants the country’s progress understands that without discipline there can be no order, without order there can be no work, and without work there can be no prosperity.
In party organizations, in the organs of power, in work collectives and in the family, better work must be done on education, conviction, and clarification. Every person must be conscious that the times demand seriousness, maturity, and responsibility. Only in this way will difficulties be overcome and the many problems before us be solved.
Is the traditional double work?
-VLORË-
In different neighborhoods of the city, construction and reconstruction are being carried out, but not always with the required quality. Citizens complain about delays in the work, lack of materials, and high costs. In some cases, craftsmen work without a clear plan and without proper technical supervision. This disrupts the pace of work and harms the interests of the clients. According to specialists, it is necessary to respect construction standards more closely, use quality materials, and strengthen control. Only in this way can the good tradition of the craft be preserved and the demands of the time fulfilled.

Every delay weighs on production
-LIBRAZHD-
Of the 3,500 hectares to be planted with spring potatoes in the Librazhd district, 2,890 hectares have been planted so far. To fully accomplish the spring plan, the agricultural cooperatives and enterprises in the district are working at high speed. In the agricultural cooperative of Rrajca, farmers and specialists have organized the work well, ensuring selected seed and better use of the land. Likewise, in the SHTPs of the area, attention has been focused on mechanizing the planting processes and accelerating agronomic work. District leaders stress that any delay in these days weighs on production and has consequences for yield.

Not only mechanics...
-ELBASAN-
In many production departments of the industrial enterprises of Elbasan, alongside the need for spare parts and raw materials, another requirement is also coming to the fore: better organization of work. In the mechanical sector, but not only there, delays in repairs, lack of responsibility, and insufficient follow-up of the pace of work have led to reduced production. Specialists emphasize that internal reserves are great and that with more careful management the indicators can be improved. In meetings with the work collectives, emphasis was placed on technological discipline, saving materials, and increasing control over product quality.

INFORMATION FROM THE PLANTING CAMPAIGN
RAISE THE HONOR, MAN OF DUKAGJINI!
REPORT
After all, the passengers seated on the Shkodër-to-Pukë bus were asking whether there was room there for us. Their gaze kept returning to us with curiosity. There was a reason for this: not because we were going on an unfamiliar road, but because we were traveling toward a region that was arousing great interest. Along the way, the conversation began quickly. The names of villages, memories of old men, new events, and daily concerns were heard. Everywhere there was a sense of pride and honor.
In Pukë and the surrounding highlands, hospitality remains a precious virtue. People welcome you simply and warmly. In the men’s rooms, people talk about village matters, harvests, livestock, the children’s school. The woman carries great weight in the family and her word is listened to. The men of Dukagjini are known for faithfulness, bravery, and wisdom. These qualities are found not only in old stories, but also in today’s life.
The region does not lack difficulties. Roads, trade, supplies, housing, services — all require greater care. Nevertheless, the inhabitants do not lose hope. They work the land, raise livestock, keep traditions alive, and seek to move forward. In their conversations there is a clarity of judgment and a strong sense of responsibility for the family and for the country.
In the evening, when you return from visits to the villages, the words spoken calmly by an old man remain in your mind: “Honor is not bought, honor is kept.” And it seems that this phrase sums up much of the spirit of this region. May your honor grow, man of Dukagjini!
