The duty that belongs to today

Qerim Arif Mejzini If we condemn indifference, disregard and neglect toward the people, we do so for the people, we do so for the people who rightly despise a government indifferent to their needs. We have not done this, and we do not do it, out of any small or passing anger. On the contrary, it is an expression of a civic and party conscience, an expression of deep concern for the fate of the country. Time and again, in the face of such phenomena, the need for responsibility has been spoken of. Yet responsibility cannot remain a general word. It must take concrete form, be expressed through concrete actions, through dedication, honest work and accountability. At a time when our country is going through a difficult stage, when the economy demands the mobilization of all forces and high discipline, every display of waste, negligence or disregard for the people's hardships is not only unacceptable, but harmful. There is no reason for those responsible in the various sectors not to feel the burden that falls to them. The people have shown patience, have shown understanding, but that does not mean they should remain silent in the face of injustice, incompetence or bureaucratic arrogance. The task of today is to strengthen the connection with the masses, to listen to their words, and to take immediate measures for the problems that burden citizens’ daily lives. Only in this way can trust be built and progress ensured. It is not enough to admit shortcomings in general; concrete responsibilities must be identified and action taken without delay. This is the demand of the time, it is the demand of the people and of the very interest of our socialist society.

After harvesting the wheat, back to sowing again...

After harvesting the wheat, back to sowing again... Something to make a name S. TEPERENA The completion of the wheat-harvesting campaign and the move on to the other seasonal tasks require a new organization of forces. Time does not wait and the land must be used as effectively as possible. In many cooperatives and agricultural enterprises, measures have been taken to anticipate the second sowings. Experience in recent years has shown that with organized work and agronomic care, good results can be achieved. This requires not only the mobilization of agricultural machinery, but also a high sense of responsibility from cadres and specialists, so that not a single valuable day is lost. The land must yield as much as possible, and that depends on the way it is worked today.

There is free land, but it is not being worked?

There is free land, but it is not being worked? J. ISHUFREJ [?] The plan targets require that not a single inch of land be left fallow. In many areas, however, there are free plots that are not being used effectively. The problem lies not only in the shortage of labor, but also in poor organization, a lack of responsibility, and the expectation that someone else will solve the issue. If we want greater production, all reserves must be put to work. Land is among the most important of them.

There is some firmness

SHKODËR For many indicators in the plan targets, workers and specialists have been faced with higher demands. Everywhere organization has been better, results have also come more quickly. In some enterprises, shortcomings are observed that are related to technological discipline and control. These obstacles must be overcome decisively. MUSA KRYEZIU

Twenty-five years after the end of the great war against fascism, the artists of this school turned unforgettable memory into a monument.
