Tiranë, 8 marsi për femrat e Kuvendit Popullor qe i veçantë. Mbledhja e djeshme plenare e sesionit të 12-të të legjislaturës së 11-të, që në fillim të saj, u karakterizua nga një fjalim i mbajtur nga shoqja Haxhire Duli, me rastin e festës së 8 Marsit. Ishte një fjalim i çiltër e i guximshëm, larg euforisë së ditëve të kaluara, ngaqë jeta e vrullshme e vendit e tillë është sot. Në të u shprehën mendimet, shqetësimet dhe aspiratat e femrës deputete, të nënës e të gruas shqiptare. Pothuajse në tërë vendin, ndryshimet e fundit në skenën politike kanë hedhur dritë mbi forcat dhe energjitë e fjetura të gruas shqiptare, gjë që e provon dhe fakti se numri i femrave kandidate për deputete në zgjedhjet e 31 marsit 1991 është rritur dukshëm. Fjala e shoqes Haxhire Duli u prit me duartrokitje të ngrohta e me respektin e merituar. Më vonë, Kuvendi Popullor vazhdoi rendin e ditës. Në seancë u diskutuan çështje të rëndësishme që lidhen me zgjedhjet, përfaqësimin dhe përgjegjësinë e organeve shtetërore në kushtet e reja politike. Deputetët vunë në dukje se përgjegjësia para popullit kërkon që Kuvendi të jetë më aktiv, më i ndjeshëm ndaj halleve të vendit dhe më pranë qytetarëve. U theksua se e ardhmja e vendit do të ndërtohet te rinia, te energjia krijuese e njerëzve, te puna dhe te pjesëmarrja më e gjerë në jetën politike e shoqërore. Yesterday's plenary meeting of the 12th session of the 11th legislature was marked at its beginning by a speech delivered by comrade Haxhire Duli on the occasion of the March 8 holiday. It was an open and courageous speech, far from the euphoria of past days, because the country's turbulent life is such today. It expressed the thoughts, concerns and aspirations of the woman deputy, the mother and the Albanian woman. Almost throughout the country, the recent changes on the political scene have brought to light the dormant forces and energies of Albanian women, something also proven by the fact that the number of female candidates for deputy in the March 31, 1991 elections has increased significantly. The speech of comrade Haxhire Duli was received with warm applause and deserved respect. Later, the People's Assembly continued the agenda. The session discussed important issues related to elections, representation and the responsibility of state bodies in the new political conditions. Deputies pointed out that responsibility before the people requires the Assembly to be more active, more sensitive to the country's troubles and closer to citizens. It was emphasized that the future of the country will be built by youth, by the creative energy of people, by work and by broader participation in political and social life. La seduta plenaria di ieri della 12ª sessione dell'11ª legislatura è stata caratterizzata all'inizio da un discorso pronunciato dalla compagna Haxhire Duli in occasione della festa dell'8 marzo. È stato un discorso aperto e coraggioso, lontano dall'euforia dei giorni passati, perché la vita tumultuosa del paese oggi è tale. Vi si esprimevano i pensieri, le preoccupazioni e le aspirazioni della donna deputata, della madre e della donna albanese. Quasi in tutto il paese, i recenti cambiamenti sulla scena politica hanno portato alla luce le forze e le energie sopite della donna albanese, cosa dimostrata anche dal fatto che il numero delle candidate deputate alle elezioni del 31 marzo 1991 è aumentato sensibilmente. Il discorso della compagna Haxhire Duli è stato accolto con caldi applausi e con il rispetto meritato. Più tardi, l'Assemblea Popolare ha proseguito l'ordine del giorno. Nella seduta sono state discusse importanti questioni legate alle elezioni, alla rappresentanza e alla responsabilità degli organi statali nelle nuove condizioni politiche. I deputati hanno sottolineato che la responsabilità davanti al popolo richiede che l'Assemblea sia più attiva, più sensibile ai problemi del paese e più vicina ai cittadini. Si è sottolineato che il futuro del paese sarà costruito dalla gioventù, dall'energia creativa delle persone, dal lavoro e da una partecipazione più ampia alla vita politica e sociale.

Në qendër të aktivitetit të komunistëve të rrethit të Gramshit e të organizatave-bazë të partisë në ndërmarrje bujqësore, kooperativa e institucione, krahas problematikës që lidhet me përgatitjen e zgjedhjeve, është studimi i programit të Partisë së Punës të Shqipërisë, tashmë i shpërndarë pothuajse në të gjitha organizatat-bazë të rrethit. Në shumicën e kolektivave diskutimi për programin ka filluar menjëherë pas njohjes me dokumentin. Komunistë, kuadro e specialistë të bujqësisë nënvizojnë se ky program përfaqëson një orientim të ri politik e ekonomik, që synon modernizimin e jetës së vendit dhe krijimin e një klime më të hapur për debat e mendim të lirë. Në ndërmarrjet dhe kooperativat bujqësore janë organizuar takime të posaçme për të sqaruar pikat kryesore të programit, rolin e PPSH-së në kushtet e pluralizmit, si dhe raportet e saj me shtetin dhe qytetarin. Pjesëmarrësit në këto takime kanë ngritur pyetje për ekonominë, pronën, të drejtat politike, drejtësinë sociale dhe mënyrën se si partia do të përballet me vështirësitë e tranzicionit. ENGLISH: Meetings for explaining the PPSH program GRAMSH At the center of the activity of the communists of the district of Gramsh and of the party grassroots organizations in agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and institutions, alongside issues related to election preparation, is the study of the program of the Party of Labour of Albania, now distributed to almost all grassroots organizations of the district. In most collectives, discussion of the program began immediately after becoming acquainted with the document. Communists, cadres and agricultural specialists underline that this program represents a new political and economic orientation, aiming at the modernization of the country's life and the creation of a more open climate for debate and free thought. In agricultural enterprises and cooperatives, special meetings have been organized to clarify the main points of the program, the role of the PPSH in conditions of pluralism, as well as its relations with the state and the citizen. Participants in these meetings raised questions about the economy, property, political rights, social justice and the way the party will confront the difficulties of transition. ITALIANO: Incontri per illustrare il programma del PPSH GRAMSH Al centro dell'attività dei comunisti del distretto di Gramsh e delle organizzazioni di base del partito nelle imprese agricole, cooperative e istituzioni, accanto alle problematiche legate alla preparazione delle elezioni, vi è lo studio del programma del Partito del Lavoro d'Albania, ormai distribuito quasi a tutte le organizzazioni di base del distretto. Nella maggior parte dei collettivi la discussione sul programma è iniziata subito dopo la conoscenza del documento. Comunisti, quadri e specialisti dell'agricoltura sottolineano che questo programma rappresenta un nuovo orientamento politico ed economico, che mira alla modernizzazione della vita del paese e alla creazione di un clima più aperto al dibattito e al libero pensiero. Nelle imprese e cooperative agricole sono stati organizzati incontri specifici per chiarire i punti principali del programma, il ruolo del PPSH nelle condizioni del pluralismo, così come i suoi rapporti con lo Stato e il cittadino. I partecipanti a questi incontri hanno posto domande sull'economia, la proprietà, i diritti politici, la giustizia sociale e sul modo in cui il partito affronterà le difficoltà della transizione.

Ekspozita përmbledh piktura e vizatime të periudhave të ndryshme të krijimtarisë së tij dhe u ndoq me interes nga artdashësit e kryeqytetit. Të pranishmit vlerësuan figuracionin e pasur, koloritin dhe frymën kombëtare të veprave të paraqitura. ENGLISH: Personal exhibition (ATSH) Yesterday afternoon, at the Gallery of Figurative Arts, the personal exhibition of the Kosovar painter Abdurrahim Buza, one of the best-known names of Albanian art, was opened. The exhibition includes paintings and drawings from different periods of his work and was followed with interest by art lovers of the capital. Those present appreciated the rich figuration, the coloring and the national spirit of the works presented.
