- The parliamentary group of the Democratic Party approves the freezing of the state for 1993. - The Socialist parliamentary group declares that this draft budget is wasteful and a return to bad government divisions. Request for a motion of no confidence in the government Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party - since last year has generally been a year of implementing several draft budgets after the failure of the state budget and in the absence of an approved budget, convinced that it is not based on the accuracy and approval of the economy; - since this draft budget has not been presented on the basis of accurate economic and financial data, but on political calculations; - since this draft budget further deepens the economic crisis in the country, through higher prices, taxes and duties, lower investment and a decline in the population's purchasing power; - since this draft budget does not respond to the needs of the people nor to the priorities of the country's economic and social development, it reaches these conclusions: 1. The draft submitted by the government should be returned for reworking. 2. The People's Assembly [?] should be proposed to adopt a resolution of no confidence in the government. 3. The presentation of a new economic and financial program should be requested.
