LEKA BUNGO DOES NOT OPEN THE TELEVISION DOORS FOR THE DISTRICT CHAIRMAN AND THE MAYOR OF KUKËS

Set? of the stasi? radio television and the panic broadcast to divide people?! And Kundan? will answer before the law. And time does not forgive! And the others are looking at the eyes of the executioner? su ta qit? ... zëv? qa zoi! After an unusual conflict, in which half-truths and distortions were presented through TV, the chairman of the Kukës District Council reacts strongly. He accuses the director of RTSH, Leka Bungo, of censorship, manipulation, and using public television for narrow political interests. According to the article, Mr. Bungo did not open the doors of television to the chairman of the district and the mayor of Kukës, denying the public the opportunity to hear both sides. This behavior is considered unacceptable and contrary to the public mission of television. The article raises serious questions about the legal and moral responsibility of state media leaders. “Time does not forgive,” the article emphasizes, warning that anyone who abuses their duty must answer before the law. The heavy gift of a deputy's trade and the authority of parliament — statement

Mr. Veqeri, Have you asked Mr. Pjetër Arbnori and Mr. Berisha which activists of the Socialist Party organized and carried out the strikes and protests of December 1990, or were you on duty in Kosovo at that time! Do you agree with Mr. Bleri or not? In our view, both he and you should ask these questions before declaring, as you did in the newspaper “Republika” of 11 May 1993, that “the socialists are trying to destabilize the country”. To arrive at the absurd deduction that the miners' movement or that of the teachers was supposedly remotely controlled by the socialists, and with the same absurdity and skepticism to declare that the unpaid protests are incited and organized by the socialists, means either that you know nothing at all about the country's socio-economic situation, or that you are forced to distort it deliberately. We are right to pose this alternative not only for you, but also for Mr. Bleri, because we ask him: with thousands of unpaid workers and specialists thrown out, with ridiculous pensions, with farmers uncompensated for production, with young people without work, bread, or hope, with taxes and prices rising and corruption reaching even the government, does this miserable situation need to be remotely controlled in order for revolt to arise, or is it more natural and common for reaction and opposition to be the people's most direct protest against the anti-popular policy of power? It seems that the socialists are following you like a shadow, getting in your way, so that you, as a poor parliamentarian, are forced to declare all kinds of nonsense in the press against them. You are free to declare whatever you want, but do not forget that such statements say more about your level than about us. It is not we who are trying to destabilize the country. We are asking for the realization of citizens' basic rights. A parliament that does not defend these rights, but becomes a propaganda tool, loses its authority.

The paralysis of the country is the PD government's “achievement”

- Does Mr. Meksi and his government recognize the institution of resignation? - A question, a suggestion and advice Recent developments show that the situation is extremely serious. Seriously concerned about the insufficiency of wages and incomes, workers in urban transport, the oil sector, the mines, and even employees in health care and education are rightly raising their voices for a better life. From Tirana, Elbasan, Korça, Lushnja and elsewhere, disturbing news and demands are coming in. The threat of the society's complete economic and social paralysis is not fantasy, but a reality that is knocking forcefully at the door. The state and the PD government have shown marked irresponsibility. Instead of engaging in dialogue with the protesting groups and offering solutions, they respond with arrogance, condescension and unrestrained propaganda. This behavior only worsens the situation and creates even greater distrust. Prime Minister Meksi and his government seem not to recognize the institution of resignation. When a government fails to guarantee wages, social order and the normal functioning of the country, it must step aside. This is not a matter of political whim, but a moral and democratic duty. We have a simple question: how long will you continue on this path that is leading the country into collapse? We also have a suggestion: listen to the people, the unions, the opposition and the specialists. And finally, a piece of advice: if you are unable to govern, leave. The paralysis of the country is the “achievement” of the PD government, not of those who protest for their daily bread.

It [?.] all the questions [?.] Saliu's conservative hand, over whom his boss exerts influence, has created a cooling-off between political forces and state bodies all the way up to the highest levels of power. This is the struggle of authoritarianism against democracy, expressed in forms and means of slander. It cannot be the path of democratic Albania. Political parties, social organizations and state institutions must be united in mutual understanding. Albania needs dialogue, cooperation and a new political climate that goes beyond permanent conflict. Only in this way can the great economic and social difficulties be overcome. The article calls for responsibility and restraint from all political and institutional actors.

Mr. Momira makes a woman laugh, a woman cry

From the meetings of PD deputies with the people Mr. Momira's work is such that in meetings with the people he knows how to make a woman laugh and make that same woman cry. The article satirizes the behavior and empty promises of PD deputies at public meetings, where fine words are not followed by concrete solutions to everyday problems. Instead of serious answers about wages, unemployment and prices, citizens receive bitter humor, quips and evasions. This not only fails to solve their problems, but deepens people's disappointment. Meetings between deputies and the people should be about accountability, not a performance.

A law is approved that clearly frees people from one another

Can Albanian society do without such a law? The new law, approved in recent days, has been seen by many as an attempt to regulate relations that are becoming increasingly tense every day. According to critics, it risks creating injustice and feeding new conflicts. The article raises the question of whether such rules help reconcile people or push them to free one another from obligations. The debate remains open.
