LUSHNJE

The Socialist Party did not reform for the PD and does not expect reform recipes The Democratic Party has been crushed before Berisha’s personal power. It has harmed itself and is harming itself through its own farces Greetings to those present at this meeting, the leaders of the Socialist Party in the district of Lushnja, participants and invited guests, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the PS’s founding. Here we heard an analysis of the situation and activities of the PS organization in the district of Lushnja, as well as various opinions on how its work should be directed in the future. In the framework of the party’s upcoming congress, I believe that views are being discussed and debated that will serve this purpose. It is good for these discussions to be clearly laid out, first of all for all the membership of the Socialist Party and then for the broader public opinion. If we make our party more ideologically mature, we will be more convincing throughout our electoral reach. Enough time has now passed since the last congress, therefore the districts need a clearer and more understandable orientation on the course of reforms in the party and in society. FIERMET

Let us not allow the theft of the people’s vote of confidence GRAMOZ RUÇI: Our position is against unconstitutional maneuvers No political force of the PS stretches us, but also concerns of the basic organization and the district as a whole. I believe our meeting concerns issues that can be discussed not only for your organization, but also for the whole district and beyond. We are in an important phase of political and social developments. In these conditions we must be clearer about our positions, more determined in defending the free vote and the rule of law. SHKODËR

THE PEOPLE WANT TO KNOW HOW TO SAY NO TO CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS THEM VUKA: Can the people better defend the unconstitutional NO? The same of Berisha and his efforts to hinder it through the commissions. The meetings that are being held before another referendum have now become a tradition. The more the truths that are coming to light increase, the more noise and one-sided statements there are. They hide the truth, but it comes out. (Continued on page 5)

DURRËS

THE CURRENT VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION OPENS THE WAY TO FURTHER VIOLATIONS IN THE FUTURE The current municipality has clung to Berisha over the constitution; it aims to divert public opinion away from solving the Nano issue. Comrades, the problems and discussions of the day are linked to the political developments in the country. The referendum and the debate around it are being exploited to draw public opinion’s attention away from the pressing social, economic and political problems. The Constitution cannot become the object of personal adventure. (Continued on page 5)

MALLAKASTËR

Against the preaching of Sali Berisha’s personal dictatorship Dr. MAÇO LABROBI: “This draft constitution cannot be either fair or acceptable to Albanians” To be clear about what is being voted on is an essential condition for every citizen. A constitution that gives unlimited power to one person is not a democratic constitution. (Continued on page 6)

KORÇË

The democratic people of Korçë do not pray for the overthrow of an old dictatorship in the name of a new one The democratic people of Korçë do not pray for the overthrow of an old dictatorship and the rise of a new one NAMIK DOKLE: To be designed so that someone waves it before the people and the vote and massacres the name of democracy If an entire society is set in motion for a single man, then it is not on a democratic path. It is dangerous to replace pluralism with obedience to one person. (Continued on page 5)
