QUESTION: Does it put a line once and for all, with the reproductions of its hands. The truth is clear; soon we will understand and with a different preparation during the mass. Democracy needs not another political conflict. It is one of the days to prove the western and Albanian — and to give it the culture of responsibility to defend the rule of law and to prevent the country from turning into an unacceptable drift. In Albania today old authoritarian practices and tendencies to take the state hostage still operate. If citizens support this project with a no vote, they will send a clear message that they no longer accept personal adventures, that they want institutions, dialogue and stability. The no vote is an opportunity to stop a dangerous development and to open the path to national reconciliation. This referendum is not merely a legal act, but also a moral and political test for Albanian society. (Continues on page 2)

GRAMSH Representatives of the association and of the PS organization in this district are closely following the campaign and are convinced that the people will give the right answer with their vote. According to them, the presence of PS structures in the area has increased and work is under way to clarify every uncertainty. The position and the democratic Albanian action are closely following and observing the country’s catastrophic interventions. Attempts to exert pressure on voters and to undermine freedom of choice are evident. Empirical surveys of the Albanian people show growing awareness of these developments. These acts are contrary to democratic standards and to the spirit of the law. In many areas of the country, cases of threats, interference in the administration, and the use of public resources for the interests of a single political force have been recorded. I ask to express myself by being on the hill so that here I sell weight with the voice of that which is close to my comrades, who have remained in the sphere that I hold as valuable for ours with harshness and thoughts. I am tired of certain things, they no longer recognize them as the work of time. So that more briefly I may stay and be made to vote. Freedom is not a burden, nor for them. In an environment filled with voters and representatives of political forces, a meeting was held in which the importance of participation in the referendum and the necessity of a free vote were discussed.
