Three members of the Constitutional Court resign Members of the Constitutional Court, Andi Koçani, Ilir Myrto and Enver Omari, have requested resignation from their functions as judges of the Constitutional Court. In the letter sent to the president of this court and to the President of the Republic, the resigning members state that the reason for their departure is "the lack of independence of the institution". The resignation of the three judges of the Constitutional Court has sparked different reactions in legal circles, but it has also created great concern because, in the current circumstances, this constitutional court needs functional stability more than ever.
