Constitutional violation in the name of the fight against genocide

- Berisha’s political power, through violent and unconstitutional methods, seeks to remove prominent intellectuals and young politicians of the PS and other opposition parties from political life - Such anti-democratic laws testify to the fear that has seized today’s Albanian leadership in the face of the alternatives of its political opponents Yesterday the draft law “On genocide and crimes against humanity committed in Albania during communist rule for political, ideological and religious motives” became known. At the outset it can be said that with the content of this draft law, if it is approved, the stage of a new genocide begins in the name of the fight against the draft law... ...This draft law cannot prevent the honest sons of the people, its intellectuals and young politicians, from making their valuable contribution to the country. If this law is approved, it will be temporary because it will be repealed immediately by the next Parliament. Berisha and his servants will emerge defeated from this political battle. Page 3

Only our enemies have told us, and keep telling us, that you Albanians are not Albanians.
