The head of the Albanian Administration, Mr. Berisha, has decided to fill these last days with silence. It seems that the Albanian “first man” has chosen this method to cope with the situation created after the heaviest blow officially received - after November 6 - this time from the “White House”. And while everything is tied to the President of Albania's visit to the US, the official silence is having its own effects. Mr. Berisha is silent, his spokesman is silent, state RTV is silent, the State News Agency is silent.
