On 19.12.1995 a meeting was held in Tirana between representatives of the left-wing political youth forums.
On 19.12.1995 a meeting was held in Tirana between representatives of the left-wing political youth forums: the Euro-Socialist Youth Forum, the Social Democratic Youth Forum and the Agrarian Youth Forum.
At this meeting, discussions were held on political developments in the country, youth alternatives and the contribution these youth forums should make to political life in the future.
With the aim of strengthening cooperation and ensuring more efficient and long-term coordination among them, they agreed to create a coordinating council with representatives from these three forums.

Nano will be released when Berisha and his clan are driven from power.
But even if citizen Fatos Nano is released, that is still not enough. With Berisha in power, Albanian democracy will remain under the shackles of feudal-style local strongman rule. That is the issue, not simply the release of one man. This is the historical mission of the Albanian electorate in the approaching elections.
