FILES ONCE AGAIN BLOCK PARLIAMENT
Gjinishti: We must not play the dictatorship of the boys for democracy
In the continuation of the afternoon sessions in the People's Assembly, the chairman of the PSSH parliamentary group, Servet Pëllumbi, said among other things that politics must leave behind the fever of political revenge and return to constitutional normality. He called for Parliament to exercise control over the government and not turn into an arena of personal conflicts. According to him, the issue of files cannot be used as a means of political pressure nor as a way to block parliamentary life.
Mr. Pëllumbi stated that political forces aiming at European integration must demonstrate European standards of political and institutional conduct. "We must go to Europe as Europeans," he emphasized, adding that Albania needs law, tolerance, dialogue, and functioning institutions. Other deputies also joined the debate, opposing the procedures followed and calling for a calmer and more lawful handling of the issue.
On the other hand, the discussions over the files of the former State Security brought tension and repeated interruptions to the session. Some deputies demanded immediate opening, while others warned that political manipulation of them would worsen the climate in the country and damage the democratic process. The session ended without a final solution, while the debates are expected to continue.

Statement by the PS deputies on the hunger strike in Laknas
In examining this issue, we, the PS deputies, express our concern about the situation created in Laknas. We ask the competent authorities to clarify the circumstances, respect citizens' rights, and ensure the implementation of the law. A hunger strike is an extreme act of protest and as such requires institutional responsibility and dialogue. We believe that only through communication and respect for legality can further escalation be avoided.
The PS deputies emphasize that solving social problems cannot be achieved through pressure, but through state responsibility and fair treatment of citizens' demands. They call for the immediate intervention of the relevant authorities and accurate public information about the situation in Laknas.

Clashes between Albanians and police forces
BATMORE
Over the last two nights, 1,100 illegal Albanians blocked the bus of a local company on the road to the reception center. According to the police, the scandal began when the bus stopped and the migrants opposed the order to turn back. The police then intervened, using force to disperse the crowd. The clashes left several injured, while local authorities stated that the situation was brought under control after a few hours.
Sources from the local press stress that tension in the reception camps has risen sharply because of the difficult conditions and delays in processing applications. Albanian migrants have opposed the living conditions and the uncertainty about their fate. Local officials said measures are being taken to strengthen security and separate the most problematic groups.

"ADELIN" COMPANY IN THE KORÇË COURT
The 100 workers of this enterprise ask the union to do everything possible to save the jobs. I have prepared the names of the signatory union members and privatizers, and then the case has gone to court. Work has stopped and hundreds of families are left without income. According to the workers, the privatization was carried out contrary to their interests and without proper transparency. They demand a reassessment of the procedures and the restoration of the right to work.
