Insecurity in the bread queues

150 thousand tons of wheat have been contracted, but they have not arrived!... Another 150 thousand tons are needed, but they have not been contracted After the government’s “security”: 150 thousand tons of wheat have been contracted, but they have not arrived!... Another 150 thousand tons are needed, but they have not been contracted

Why does the Government allow bread to be tampered with?!...

Is the situation in supplying the population with bread really alarming? Or are we dealing more with speculation? Regardless of what the newspapers write, regardless even of the prime minister’s statements, one thing is true: citizens find it very difficult to get bread as usual near the shops or even near the bakeries. Queues have formed, while to please Meksi let us admit that it is true that the ceiling price has not been touched, but it is equally true that the weight of the bread has also been tampered with. Buyers receive on average 400 to 500 grams less bread than they are entitled to for the payment they make. After this, Meksi would do better to do the math and not speak recklessly. Without wanting to politicize the problem and in view of the difficulties created in the world wheat market, this cannot, on the other hand, serve as a shield for the government’s responsibility, which not only does not control bread production and trade, but, with its own indifference, perhaps even deliberately, has become an incentive for speculators. On the other hand, it also strips away more of the mask from stale declarations about the so-called higher rates of development, about the prosperity and abundance of private farmers, etc. Meksi should know well that around 75 percent of private farmers are unable to bring their products to market, and this is not their fault. But meanwhile everyone knows that the massive destruction of the scorched earth, the bare fields that once provided the people’s bread, have been filled with thorns and shrubs, and even those few hectares that are planted yield ridiculous returns, which do not even reach half of the average that used to be produced before. Myzeqeja or the Korça plain, surely someone among the government’s scribblers will once again write that RD or Albania, out of nostalgia, let him write it, but that does not solve the great problem of bread supply, which, if not followed seriously and properly handled by the government and its structures, will certainly become complicated to an unbearable extent.

"... not only in life, but also in mythology, beings with two heads are considered monstrosities, monsters" Sali Berisha, RD 14 January 1996 Could it be that the newspaper "Albania" is also a monster, because as you can see its symbol has two heads?...
