Great enthusiasm at the PS final rallies in the socialist city of Cërrik, at the Socialist Party center in Cërrik and Belsh, despite the problems created by the order, Sërvet Pëllumbi, Gramoz Ruçi, and the people accompanying them had to walk the Cërrik-Belsh road on foot, since the group of young people from Berisha’s regime had blocked their cars from the moment they gathered. But now the convincing victory of the socialists could not be contained, nor could it be surrounded by police. The young people did not move from the square, to greet with the most powerful applause ever seen the figures from the leadership of the Socialist Party in Cërrik and Belsh, in Gramsh and Pëllumbi, Gramoz Ruçi, and the people accompanying them.
