130 million dollars “escape” from Albania
Another scandal after this army’s fraud and anti-corruption
Does the government turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the clandestine removal of 130 million dollars, or is it itself complicit in this traffic?

The government sponsors the insecurity of the pyramid schemes
Editorial
The most unsafe places people could have chosen to deposit and multiply, by hundreds and thousands, their savings were the rentier companies. Even so, that path proved to be a “lifeline” in a ruined economy, in staggering poverty and income, without putting anything into circulation. But what will the government achieve by taking measures while blaming the citizens who fell into the trap? In a country where bank interest rates are at the limit of calculation below zero, where the foreign trade deficit is enormous, exports are collapsing and profit has become the dream of Albanians,
Insecurity drew everyone into the vortex of adventurous promises. The first is for oneself, with dirty money? Can wealth amassed through trafficking to neighboring countries be deposited in a bank? And the second one? Yes. Both of them. We are in a state of collective madness, and life is ruled by painful hardship, with low incomes and savings needed for housing and children, health and well-being. The fear of loss, which silences people and pushes them not to react, is sustained and fed every day in a true general chaos, without any acceptable way out being found.
Are we in a state governed by law? Can there be a government? And the government? Is our country not in such chaos that the existence of agreements is becoming a daily legend? Do we not have state institutions that can once and for all determine on what basis intervention will take place? When the government itself remains silent, why should any citizen not suspect that the state's “protection” through inaction is just as destructive? But what if silence serves as policy and is exploited as such? That is the painful question posed in the most shocking way.
From the streets of Tirana, as well as from other cities, many angry reports are coming in. But even so, urgent measures must be taken to restore order, hope among citizens, the market economy, the banks, savings, and the deceivers.
