People are demanding their money, Berisha gives them savings books

People are demanding their money, Berisha gives them savings books To obtain installments, profits and returns, the people’s money requires exchanging the worthless certificates. 50 a month? From the moments[?] of deposit in non-financial companies, payment of our obligations began with the expiry of the 3-year term. This and a series of other provisions concerning the determination of profit and principals teachers, has been sanctioned in a b[?]rezë kursimi of Type 1, issued by the Savings Bank in Tirana. To obtain installments, profits and returns, from which every day Albanian depositors of the people benefit, the Savings Bank issues a document. The beneficiaries withdraw the employees of the certificate. The accompanying[?] clarification that they keep the saved money, issued with a series of numbers and dates, indicates the term in which monthly payment begins. From the moment the value is deposited in money, a monthly rent with interest is earned every day, expressed in percentages. So, the owners of the money can receive each month the determined amount of profit, as well as the principal according to the specified term. The verification of payments is fixed according to the deposit terms. From what this document contains, it seems that an official farce is being attempted in order to calm the people who are asking for their money. Instead of payment, they are given a paper that resembles a savings book.
