MEETING AT THE SP HEADQUARTERS The Chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania, Fatos Nano, the Secretary for Foreign Relations, Maqo Lakrori, and presidium member Ylli Bufi yesterday received a delegation from the American Democratic Institute, led by Ms. Suzan J. ATWOOD, Director for Central and Eastern Europe, who was accompanied by senior officials of the institute, Mr. Tomas Melia, Mr. Patric Merlo, and Ms. Erin Saberi, the institute’s representative in Albania. The leaders of the Socialist Party discussed the current situation in the country and the commitment of the Socialist Party and the other member parties of the governing coalition to carrying out the work of the future government for the benefit of normalizing the situation in the country and ensuring the uninterrupted development of democratic processes.
